Ordered a Vegan Thali which had chana masala, aloo matar, dal tadka, papadum, rice, vegan samosa, naan, jalebi, laddu and hot mix pickles. For under $20 it was definitely worth it and very filling.Staff was also very friendly
I preordered for an event the night before and the girl who picked up said the order with be ready for pickup between 3-4pm. So I got to the restaurant at 3:30 and the girl at the front said “oh we just starting preparing your order now so it’ll be be ready within an hour.” This is by far one of the worst service I’ve had from an Indian restaurant in winnipeg. I understand that they could fall behind in time, but the least they could’ve done was give me a call as they took down my number for the order. I was one of their regulars, and I will not be returning due to their unprofessionalism.
Great food. Nice family run restaurant. I always get the butter chicken, samosas and naan. It is always excellent.
Food was good, enjoyed it , but very pricey. A dozen samosas and chickpea Curry was in the $35 range. When samosas are $12 for a dozen vegetable that means the one bowl of Chick Curry I got was in the $20 range.
The food was not good and the service was even worst. I felt like the lady was doing us a favour serving me and my friends. Will not recommend this place.
Ordered take out samosas of 10 (beef and chicken) and it was extremely salty. After eating one had to throw the rest away. Good money wasted.
It was the first time i have tried this restaurant. Its way to expensive and no customer service at all. A lady took my order n she was so rude. And the food was not even fresh.NEVER GONA ORDER AGAIN
Food tastes so worst. I got bad stomach after having small portion of it. Quantity was ok but the preparation was not good it’s like worst food I ever eat.
Ordered take out and all five dishes were delicious; don't let the negative comments put you off. I honestly can't understand why people feel the need to complain about the owner. I have always found the staff her to be friendly and the service excellent, some people are complainers, simple as that. Restaurateurs' are under a lot of pressure, cut them some slack!
No customer services ( lady need to learn some how treat customer )No covid protocols were followed ( mask not wearing)Undercooked bhatura and no ducking sugar in my tea or either on side, didn’t even asked about sugar.
