Have been getting pizza here for many many years. They’ve gone downhill. No toppings. Paid extra for extra toppings and didn’t even get regular toppings. Ordered again and worse the 2nd time. Staff doesn’t care. The girl on the phone just said sorry but I just work here, not my problem.
Pizza was beyond incredible. Service was mediocre. Had to wait for water fill ups for quite a time and also had to wait to order quite a bit. Super sweet server though. 18” is $43-45.
Ate here for the first time. Meeting up with a friend in from Nova Scotia and some old high-school friends from back in the day. It was great! The restaurant was warm and inviting with excellent Italian decor. Luke our server was amazing. The food was fresh and big portions too. I had the garlic cheese toast and double pepperoni pizza. Everything was fresh & delicious. All of us left full & happy. Will make sure to visit again very soon!
Loved the vibe and decorations. Attendees were nice and food was in generousss portions :)We all enjoyed the food as everything was so delicious and sharable.
We decided to visit restaurant instead of ordering for delivery. What a disaster. Very long wait, the menu is printed out on paper i guess it’s supposed to be single use but looks like it was used a few times (so much for sanitized menus). Waitress seemed frazzled and really didn’t look after our table. Ordered spanakopita which tasted spoiled actually needed to spit it out. Our group had 2 pizzas that were good as usual, lasagna and a gyro which were inedible. After waiting about 1.30 hours for this disaster we asked for take away boxes just for pizza and bill and left. They didn’t ask if why we didn’t eat the lasagna or gyro. Didn’t seem to care. The pizza is always top notch but this time the wait was ridiculously long and other items we order were horrible. By the way the Greek salad is fantastic. So basically stick to pizza and salad and you should be fine. Bring your own napkins as they only offer 1 per place setting and don’t offer to refill water or drinks. Very disappointed
My husband and I went out for dinner tonight to Santa Lucia Pizza on St. Mary's Rd tonight. The service with Emily B was exceptional. She wasn't intrusive but made sure we were looked after well. The food was delicious. We had a salad- Greek and Caesar and the starter salads were quite large, and the Santa Lucia special and it was delicious. So much cheese on the pizza and the toppings were abundant. The staff were all masked and we were asked to sanitize our hands upon entering. They had plexiglass separating the booths and made an attempt to socially distance the other central tables from the booths. I really appreciated their concern to do their part to reduce covid transmission. The plexiglass made each booth seem more intimate. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and would go back there again with no hesitation. The price was reasonable and the food quality.
Visited this location Monday evening. It was my first time at Santa Lucia Pizza. the atmosphere and decor was amazing, the appetizer & pizza I order was made with fresh ingredients unlike other pizza places. Luke our server, his first night on his own, took care of our table really well. Luke was polite, very accommodating, and showed appreciation for our business. I will make sure to return here next time I want a night out with friends.
The pizza was good, but the toppings were sparse. Basically 1 sliver of meat per slice and same with the veggie. We've ordered from here a few times and the crust, sauce and cheese are so yummy. The toppings are very disappointing for the extremely high price. I definitely recommend this pizza, but hope they can maybe put more than 1 halved mushroom a slice! It tasted like we paid $35 for a cheese pizza.The photo is a 2 topping*
We have ordered twice now from this location and usually it is always amazing. the last time there was no toppings delivery was extremely late and this time the greek pizza barely had any toppings so we called to let the manager know and when we spoke with the Manager Jim he was EXTREMELY RUDE, very poor customer service! I am not one to complain or make negative reviews yet Jim's customer service needs to be brought to attention and he should not make a customer feel bad for their poor quality and his terrible customer service! You have now lost a loyal customer!
