Super poor experience due to their customer service.Wanted to try this location for the first time. Called to order awhile before closing time. Was asked if the order was for delivery or pickup. I said delivery, a 6-7 minute drive. Employee then stated it was too late. So, I said for pickup. She then said it is too late to order at all! Seemed like they were unwilling to make a single simple pizza for a new customer about 15-20 minutes prior to closing time.As well, the individual was not friendly.Not a good first impression. A business should ensure friendliness, competency, and stay open until their stated closing time.Did not seem customer-oriented!Has to be at least 2/5 because I do know Santa Lucia has great pizza!
Dear michael maybe you remember me maybe you dont, When I worked there with my mom cathie. Anyway the food was always amazing but last nights chicken dinner was awful. The chicken was overcooked and hard!!!. The fries were gross what happened to the old fries you had? These were soggy and brown. The last disappointment was the white beige Turkey gravy?? Wth it was tasteless and gross. Please change those fries and gravy asap. I was expecting a dark gravy and bigger cut fries like you used to have like when archie was around. Anyway I wont ever buy the fries and gravy there again but the pizza is still the best as always. Let me know if you need someone to come manage the place and be better. We ordered multiple pizzas well in advance of the Super Bowl. We had invited guests to come share in the festivities. The pizza arrived on time and the delivery driver was very pleasant. When we opened all of the pizzas, we were surprised to see the pizzas were all smushed against the side of the box. We immediately contacted the company and they were very apologetic and dealt with the situation very promptly. Great service, great food! Very much appreciate the assistance.
I called to place an order for poutine week 2022 at 4:00. The girl told me that it could be ready at 4:30, but I instead requested that I pick it up at a 5:15. When we arrived at 5:15 and after we paid, we were then told that they were just starting our order! So for 75 minutes they had our order, but they couldn't start it and have it ready on time? Ridiculous! Now we have to wait another 10 minutes for our food. Won't be coming back here.
Absolutely the best meat lovers pizza I had anywhere in Winnipeg and anywhere really. I will eat here again definitely.
As always, the pizza was excellent. Always delicious. The customer service taking my order was friendly and professional. The driver brought it hot and fast.
Pizza is a known 10 outta 10 at this well know Peg place..good service too
