I never got my food iv been waiting three hours and I called the store 20 plus time with no answer. My order is paid for give me my money back , can't believe this I just got out of the hospital and now I have to deal with this.worst service ever ? horrible who ever runs this needs a reality check I hope you loose your business you stool my money ?
Santa Lucia Pizza has been a huge help to us! Their generous pizza donation helped us raise funds for the Children's Rehabilitation Foundation. Kos was super supportive of us! We got around 10 medium boxes of pizza and they sold out within 15-20 minute!!! I mean, it was SANTA LUCIA's pizza and who doesn't like SANTA LUCIA's pizza.? The pizza was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it. If i could give more stars to the pizza, trust me I would! Thanks again Santa Lucia Pizza for your generous donations! HUGELY APPRECIATED!☺️?
The manager needs to learn better customer service. The driver delivered my food to the wrong place. when I called the undertones were that I was lying. first thing manager says to me is to "calm down'. she then hangs up the phone after telling me never to call again. Mind you I had called earlier asking when my food was going to be delivered. only for her to call me back a few minutes later to say a gentleman called then saying got the food I ordered. no apology, continues to call me aggressive. customer service definitely needs to improve and taught.
I’ve never had such POOR service by a restaurant in my entire life, I would not suggest ordering from this restaurant. We placed our order and had to wait over 1.5 hours for our order, once the order arrived half the items we selected weren’t given to us, after calling back to complain we were told the manager would call us in the morning? I am absolutely LIVID. 0/5 stars never going back again
We ordered two incredible pasta dinners yesterday for date night as with Omicron not going anyway. It arrived piping hot despite being very cold outside. Our two dinners were very delicious. Salads were fresh and the dressings was amazing. Prices were reasonable. Portions were large. Had enough for lunch today!Driver was very courteous. Ordering online was a breeze. Will definitely be ordering again. Nice to support a local small business in the community! Highly recommend!??
Last night (December 27) we ordered our usual BOGO 50%, whoever was cooking pizza last night made me the BEST pizza I've ever eaten!!! The perfect amount of sauce, gracious amount of cheese and topping were fresh ?. I will continue to support this restaurant ?
Ordered pizza online on New Years Eve at 8:50pm they emailed confirmation said 60 min. I totally know what New Years eve is like for deliveries so waited 3 hours before giving up. No delivery was attempted and I live like not even 5 min away but didn't want to drive after a few drinks. Maybe someone else enjoyed the pizza. no call or nothing.
We ordered our meal two days before New Year’s Eve. Our food arrived perfectly on time and was hot despite -25C temperatures. Excellent food, pricing, and the driver was super efficient and friendly. We highly recommend them!! ♥️
Used to be our regular go to but last 2 orders were bad sauce was off and toppings skimpy, pizza burnt. Was about to give them another go as it’s been a few months but now they have a mandatory tip added for pickup orders…um no thats my choice not yours to make for me if I’m going out for supper or delivery I don’t have an issue but I’m literally paying for the product being made so why am I being forced to tip? Ah well ordered elsewhere next time will go to Main St location for pizza in person if I’m going to be tipping it will be for a service rendered.
Usually order pizza from here but we decided to try lasagna tonight. Absolutely awesome!
