Ordered from skip the dishes. Firstly, I asked for ham in the skillet but was given a big slab of ham. I guess I could just cut it myself but it was supposed to go in the skillet. Secondly you guys forgot my sausage. Third, the eggs were crunchy which makes me believe you dropped egg shells in the food. Please be careful. I asked for raspberry jam and was given strawberry spread (not even jam). The portion was tiny too. Just all around disappointing and not at all worth 30$. Never ordering from you guys again. Salisbury house used to be good but the state of things have gotten so terrible.
We hadn’t been to Sals in forever, and at one time it wasn’t on the top of our list. Let me recommend Winnipegers you need to re-try this place. Our cheese Nips were juicy (choice of white or ww bun), fries were excellent and salad was fresh. Makayla was our server, she kept our coffee topped up and a sweetheart. All around awesome experience.
I hardly complain, but this right here is some cheap takeout, it tastes great, but the presentation, not good. As you're eating it, it makes you feel where did I just order this from? You wouldn't think it's from Salisbury House anyway. Also, the toast I got? Hideous.

Food and staff were great but freezing inside. Furnace failed overnight, -30C outside, so was pretty chilly, but being Winnipegers, keep the coats on and enjoyed breakfast
Food was exceptional, server Jeffrey, was very helpful and informative. My family both enjoyed to-fer-tuesday deal. Myself , a good ol Super Sal's steak. With wafer pie all around. Beverages, dessert, full meal for 3. Under 50$ with tip.Thanks so much.
Perfect for quick meal on the go anytime. Wide menu selection can cover most diets. Staff is prompt, friendly and courteous. Can't ask for more.
Good food and service, a little pricy for burgers but I have a deep craving from childhood for this place and it satisfied the craving.
