Staff is always friendly no mater how busy or short staffed. Breakfast is always great here. Can never go wrong with the pancakes. It's my go to choice anytime I'm there.
We asked for over easy eggs with our breakfast skillets, and were given eggs in a different style. When telling the waitress about it, she shrugged it off and said “she wrote it on the ticket and did her part,” but didn’t offer to give us what we ordered. Then when we were paying for our bill, the waitress brought up how our eggs weren’t cooked properly, and the cashier shrugged it off saying “Their evening cook was in and he doesn’t know the breakfast menu well.” There was 0 attempt to compensate us or smooth over the situation. If you love good service, organization and friendly competent staff, this place is not for you.

The place is good for having your food cooked in a timely matter with little to no error and it tastes amazing!As for being an employee. It's a gongshow. Most of the people who work there put on a happy face for customers all the time. But more times than not, they are miserable. There is a lot that needs to change but nobody wants to go to the higher-ups because they know nothing will get done and be changed to make the place more positive.
Usually the food is top notch from this location. I ordered breakfast from skip today and the food was something else to say the least.Both meals we had Sunnyside up eggs. The hashbrowns were literally put on the eggs and ruined them. The toast was also very dry and we had a bit of it an threw the toast out.The food was not very warm as well. Called skip and they offered a 50% refund which wasn't very acceptable as the whole meal was not good at all.
We love eating here, but today we were seated next to obnoxious teens who were yelling and talking loud. Told the waitess and she said it's OK because they are celebrating a birthday. But even asking to be moved it was still too loud. Yet still they wouldn't ask them to keep it down. Very Disappointing.

Was as good as usual. Wonderful server. Only disappointment was the limited hours but it's COVID, so what can you do!
