ordered bhel puri, masala fries, masala dosa and paneer bhurji dosa. Called them before placing order to make sure that they shouldn’t put sweet chutney in bhel puri and masala fries but even putting notes while ordering and even with over the phone conversation they still put sweet chutney in it. And for dosa they never spread the filling. Very much disappointed

We ordered the food ( just 3 dishes) on call for a take out, were given us 45 mins wait time. We reached there on time but then they said, they are busy, so 20 more mins. Again waited, they were still busy and asked for 20 additional mins. Finally we received our order after close to 90 mins. Food was also just okay. They need to hire more staffs or manage time appropriately. Not going there any more.

Waited half an hour for food. Masala dosa soup was ice cold. It taste like made very long time ago. Coconut chutney was also not that good. There are almost 16 customers in the store only one server she has to serve food, pick dish plates, pick phone calls. We ordered plain samosa it took one hour to arrive. Our falloda never arrived. Never going to Meadowood, Winnipeg Royal paan again.

Slow sit down service, but the delivery orders are hopping! Our appetizer was ready when we went to pay 20min after finishing our dosa. The dosa are flattened out rather made into a crunchy tube.

We have been eating at this place from quite few times. Every time we go there customer service is the worst. Ladies working on front are not friendly, welcoming. They never smile or never ask if the food was ok. They never prepare the order in the manner we ask. They will make you feel burden for sitting to eat there. Worst ever.

I came here to eat dosa. The cashier was cold and unwelcoming, as if they were living in their own universe. The customers should always come first. I work in the food sector, and I always greet everyone with a smile. And when someone comes in to get food or place an order, it is appreciated since the restaurant is working smoothly because of those consumers. It will not suffice to simply serve food with a plain, irritated expression.

I am very sad to say their food quality is very low, there was only the east indian restaurant to whom we can trust of quality food. One day I ordered dosa they took long time anyway, after getting my dosa i asked them some more sambhar they took sometime and they added water in sambhar gave it to me. I realy very annoyed. Yesterday i took out my order , as i opened my dosa again they didnt spread the stuff in both dosa, they just put in the centre and roll it. And taste was very bad. Salt level was very bad. I never want to try any more. Its st vital location .?

I ordered a tea and it was totally stale and tasteless p.s. cost was high. *You should serve fresh*

I ordered dosa for pickup from SkipTheDishes, the restaurant staff was very unwelcoming. They gave me cold and wrong order. The packaging was very bad, food was spilling out of the container.

Food taste has gone bad. Single person serving the almost full restaurant as a result dirty table, floor and delay in service. Server tried her best to do at that situation but it was too much for her. Use to be very good place for both food and service but a big downfall.
