Visited for lunch (3), had the tot-chos, cheezy melt, French dip , Mac n cheese, finished with ice cream with chocolate sauce and strawberry shortcake shake, all very impressive! We all ranked the French dip as our favourite. Made a reservation, was seated right away. Our server was very informative and super friendly. The chef deserves a standing ovation. We will definitely be back.
Pleasant atmosphere, excellent staff, and the most amazing food! The only trouble is deciding what to order as it all tastes so good. Roughage Eatery, you make my belly happy.
This food is amazing. I am not even vegetarian, let alone vegan, but all this food standson it's own as some of the best comfort food you can get anywhere. Here's my recommendation: call ahead and make a reservation and get always get a Ruff Shake. Then, if you're not sure what to get, pick something you think sounds comforting and enjoy every single bite. You will not regret it.
Roughage has never disappointed! Mind blowingly delicious food and great staff. The owners are super community minded, I LOVE what they stand for. Keep up the awesome work!
Vegan or not, this place is delicious! A great place where anybody and everybody can enjoy an amazing fresh dish. Service was spectacular as well. Highly recommended.

Everything I've tried from here has been really delicious. The staff are so friendly as well. They are so creative and go above and beyond making delicious vegan replicas. My only suggestion would be like a better coffee / tea selection for lunch/brunch. Like oat milk lattes and oat milk London fogs would be awesome! Or even vegan creamers for the coffee would be nice. But overall really good restaurant ?
Went here for the first time recently and had a great dinner - the honey spicy chickun burger and the onion soup were both great! Also had a great selection of local drinks, and we had great recommendations from our friendly server. We’ll be back again.
Amazing Winnipeg vegan restaurant! The food is delicious and menu has a big variety of options. The owners are kind goodhearted people who want to do good in our neighbourhood! Highly recommend 10 out of 10.
