I never ordered food from this store but couple weeks ago i gave favour to my friend and went to pick up his order so i felt that was my biggest mistake ever to go that store. Food was not cooked well and store manager was so rude when i made complaint. So good luck everybody whoever talk to that person.
I ordered a two piece meal. Drum and thigh, biscuit and fries. Not as good as all the hype seems to make it out to be! Chicken was slimy under the coating and has a strange odour. Not bad, just like it was presoaked in a baking soda type slurry before being breaded and cooked. ??Biscuit was good but dries out quickly. Fries are well seasoned. Drive thru communcation is bad both ways as I ordered a three piece meal but got a two piece (appropriately charged). Not going to add to my list of go to's.I appreciate the response and offer to make it right by the owner but declined their invitation to rectify as I can't expect the recipe to change for one customer. Just not my cup of tea. Good customer service though! ?

I was a Popeyes virgin, I knew not of what people talked about. I needed a quick snack til supper. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Wow! Fresh soft bun, crispy crunchy chicken goodness on the outside, soft juicy on the inside. And just a lovely burn in the mouth. The flavours were excellent, but my mouth delighted in the variety of textures. All served with a genuine smile.Will go again, I get it. PS ... Didn't need supper.
The manager on duty today was fantastic! When staff are as pleasant as that, it really makes you want to go back. Also delicious meal my mom and I had! Plus those New Orleans donut things were to die for!
If you're in the mood for some tasty breaded chicken, this is the place to be. From their delicious classic chicken sandwich on the way to their salad and everything in between, you can't go wrong. I will be sure to return soon.

Have made multiple online orders through popeyes app. But they always start preparing it the second I go in and tell them my order number. Like what's the purpose of ordering online if it's not prepared beforehand

In terms of fast food chicken, I find this hard to beat. Their drive through speaker kinda sucks and the angle to the window is a little steep in the winter, but the classic chicken sandwich is great!
