I came to the Restaurant last Saturday, it was my ever first Popeye. the Manager was very helpful with the menu. It was very delicious meal. The Restaurant is clean and staff are very friendly. I will be back?. Thanks for the nice service.
Hi ! I give 5 start ! first bcoz of food and second something little happened with staff but the management is awesome solve the situation right away! so much taking care of there customers. Thanks Popeyes ❤️
I came here to pickup the dordash order and they said order will be ready in 4-5 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked about my order and they said the same thing. After twenty five minutes I aksed the same thing and manager behave very rude to me. He said you have to wait otherwise you can go. He don’t know how to behave with customers and dashers but he is a shift manager. I am very shocked why popeyes hire these people if they don’t know how to talk with another person.I am very frustrated because of his. And i want to say that if you cannot prepare the order within twenty minutes then you have to set more time in the dordash tablet, why you waist the dasher time.
Better spicy chicken sandwich than Chick-fil-A, but the hot sides at this store (besides fries) aren't ever hot enough for my liking, even when dining in. I'd go again.
Terrible service at the Henderson location. Walked up to be ignored by a group of workers chatting out front. No masks worn by the workers as they laugh and talk over the food filling it with spit bombs. To many other great chicken places to have to deal with such disrespect and lack of safety for staff and customers alike. Chicken dry and old. Never again. Mary browns, here we come!
Took my girlfriend to grab a birthday lunch and treated her to a chicken tender meal. She loved it all. I grabbed a chicken sandwich meal which was fairly satisfying. It's likely just a difference in preference but there is something in their chicken spicing that doesn't quite click for me (only reason that it didn't get 5 stars). Everything else was top notch. Like everywhere else, your personal taste may vary, but the ingredient quality and service levels are high.
These guys never have reasonable stock of prepared food past 9pm for even a measly 2-piece meal (even though they close at 10pm). It's always "we don't have this" or "we don't have that". Went in at 8:30pm and not only did they not have enough spicy chicken (typical) they were completely out of gravy. God forbid you want something more than a 2-piece meal. Drove to a different location without issue.
Chicken is always fresh, juicy with a crispy skin. Poutine with their Cajun gravy is sooo good! Love that chicken at Popeye's lol Staff is also very friendly and helpful.
I came to this location on Saturday to purchase the advertised deal showing largely in the window and in the menu on the tv screens ($35 for a family meal of 10pc chicken with 2 sides and biscuits) and the associate told me the deal did not start until Monday. I ended up ordering something else but as I was waiting I noticed the advertised deal that was on the window and on the menu did not have a date to when it started. I confronted the supervisor about this that they should not be advertising a deal that is not currently being offered or atleast put the date to when it starts as it is deceiving. The supervisor was not apologetic and proceeded to blame the company! Terrible service, will not be returning to this location.
Not the best today. No line up but took an unusually long time for 2 classic chicken sandwiches. We ate in...it was extremely smokey inside. And no serviettes given. Can do better.
