It had been awhile since I've been to Pita Pit but I used to be a regular (like too regular, sometimes 3-4 times a week while I was going to the U of M!) so to say I was blown away with my most recent experience, I really mean what I'm about to say.. this was the FIRST time that I've ever had someone make my pita and actually mix all of the ingredients together in the pita so that when you eat it, you get a little of everything in each bite instead of a bite of just lettuce or just the meat, etc!! After adding each ingredient, she tossed them around with her hand before going on to the next thing and made sure it was a perfect mix, even asking if I'd like more romaine in the end to balance it out a bit more! I was so surprised that I commented to her that I've been a regular customer for years and nobody has ever made one this way! She said she tries doing it this way all the time but it's more time consuming so that's probably why others don't do it! It made me wonder though why it's not just a company policy to make them this way?! Like with Subs, you bite straight down through the layers of ingredients so you tend to get a perfect bite each time however with a rolled pita, you rarely get the perfect bite! But anyway, I love this person's method and attention to details! She ended up making my pita explode a little and offered to wrap it with a new pita but since I was taking it home, I just ate it over a plate anyway so she didn't need to waste the pita or more of her time! Hopefully others learn from her and adopt her way of making pitas - I might even start coming back more often again!!

Pros: Delicious and definitely worth it! Can feed at least 3+ people with one chicken pita and one buffalo chicken rice bowl. Tasted super fresh and the quantity of what you can put in your pita and/or bowl was great. The chicken pita was toasted on white with spinach, onions, black olives, pineapples, tzatziki sauce, feta and cheddar cheese. The buffalo chicken bowl was with brown rice, cooked mushrooms and onions, spinach, black olives, pineapple, jalapeños (ALERT: Extra hot/spicy ), extra feta and cheddar cheese, tzatziki and chipotle mayo sauces. This entire 2 order meal keeps you extra full. Definitely recommend for something quick for your go to. Everyone working this past Thursday evening were amazing!Cons: No cons so far.
Amazing experience, I first time tried pita pit and omg i am wowed. Two sweet Asian girls were very friendly and efficient. Food was very fresh and tasty. Will definitely return. thank you

I like buying from this location. The Pita is well prepared. The veggies and protein won't fall off while eating it. I tried couple or 3 locations, they don't wrap the pita as good.
Ended up at the store because someone picked up my wife wallet. We’re there already so we tried the food. It’s our first time at the location and pita pit. Food is amazing and staff is super attentive. If you ask me I’ll give them 6 stars not 5.
Excellent experience at this location. Been there a few times. One time I forgot to ask for rice and they added it at no charge to my pita!!! Always made well. Courteous, respectful staff as well. Highly recommended!
Very dissatisfied with the service as I was second in line, this third person cut both us out and no apology either. He maybe the supervisor there, as I complained to his coworker who just looked at him but didn't say anything to him and apologized for his rudeness! First customer and I were shocked of such treatment. Never will go there again or give tip to any pita pit restaurant!
Way better then subway. Actually feels like I'm eating fresh. Chicken texture and taste is that of chicken not like subways
