One of the best Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in Winnipeg. The menu is diversity and very delicious.
Great food for the price. Especially like dish #58. Wife likes Dish#54. Pho is excellent as well. Really like how clean the place is with pleasant service.
Our Soup came in with fresh caterpillar #31. They also just pour left over water from other peoples Water pitcher to the other nearly empty pitchers and just serve to the next customers.
This location has a nice menu, food is good and made consistently. Prices are all good as well. Definitely worth trying!

Love this place, but only 3 stars because i paid 2 dollars for extra cilantro for a take out order and didnt get it. Good food though!

My family's go-to to celebrate something :) best spring roll, fried rice and fried chicken in the city! I've had a lot fried rice in wpg and Phuong Nam got the best. It has a smokey taste we all really liked. Service was quick and helpful. Thank you always!
