Service was terrible, went on a Friday night and there was almost no one there, with more staff than customers. A waitress came to us promptly and took our order but then disappeared for the rest of the time we were there. I later found her sitting at the bar with a drink when I went looking for another round of drinks. The drinks were interesting in concept, but were way overpriced in small glasses overloaded with ice. Not worth it.
Pastrami on Rye is amazing. Coffee ’n’ smoke with key lime pie for dessert is a meal made in heaven!
Picked up an order for Christmas and I’m really impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They clearly care about their customers experience. Would definitely recommend!
The cocktails were very tasty but the building absolutely REEKS of alcohol and made the experience completely un enjoyable
Never disappointed. Staff is great, drinks are pricey, but if you are looking for a backlane gem experience this place has nailed it.

The Phil, the Porn Star and the Princess Peach Punch Bowl for 2 are AMAZING!!!! The drinks here you are not able to get anywhere else nor can you easily make them at home. That is what makes Patent 5 so amazing. If you want regular then go to Boston Pizza or the Keg. If you want exciting and tasty then Patent 5 has alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks that stand out above the rest.
