I used to love bringing family, my staff, and referred lots of friends.This place is turned jn to a dump . MANAGER HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, TALKS RUDE AND SHORT .I HATE GOING THERE .. seriously you can't make up this stuff.I honestly will never step a foot in. I know the owners and feel bad for them because she is loosing them a lot of business.. she was rude to the customer in front me. And after me. Looking at the reviews the manager needs to get a customer.service training or new job.BAD bad Bad Bad experience
The food, and portion, is good. Obviously because ot is a Mediterranean Food.However, I really honestly hate going in the staff are so disappointing, one of the Managers she is very rude, and 0 customers service skills.I been going there since the Greek owners used tomwork, that means few years ago. My family and I we go there because we like the food. We certainly go there because of the food. Last week was the last time we go in.Until the Management changes .. or ownership changes.I usually give good reviews, but this time I have to address this problem because for the last two years I have been shrugging her ignorance off, no more.I will not step a foot in OPAs Restaurant.Horrible workers.Majority of them are rude, if uou ask a question they look stunt.HATE THIS PLACE now
Food is always good. Parking is brutal and I see staff parking their vehicles in the stalls closest to the restaurant so customers have to park further away.
Very tasty gyros. I think they call it a pita wrap. Lamb and beef are my favourite. Excellent taste, lots of meat in there. Good Subway style you-choose-the-ingredients ( cucumbers, lettuce, jalapenos, feta cheese, tomatoes, etc)

One of the best and most favorite places to eat! I eat here almost every week, the staff is so kind and attend to all your needs, the food is always fresh made in front of you. Always delicious and fairly fast paced. I would suggest the Salads, Calamari, and the Pita's so so tasty!!
I went to Polo Park location and received a very terrible service from the cashier of Opa, when it was my turn he was just looking at me did not say hi nor hello or ask if I'm ready to order, just looking at me. When I ordered and asked question he looks so pissed off. I asked if there was a combo he said no, I pointed to the menu that says just add $2.49 for a combo. Wasn't apologetic nor even to say anything. A machine is more friendly than him.
First time here. Pleasantly surprised to find they have whole grain pita options. Fresh and delicious ?! Great alternative fast food. We'll be back.
Tried several locations so far this location is the best. Their food is pretty good, Ceasar dressing is abit runny, including too much red onions in their Greek salad. But!!! Their falals and shrimp skewers are amazingly tasty. It's what keeps me going back! The portions are huge for their reasonable prices.
