Celebrated our 16th wedding Anniversary at Olive Garden with a family dinner. My shrimp scampi was soooo delicious! Paired with a refreshing strawberry spiked drink! Our children all enjoyed their kid friendly meals. If your server is Casey, you are in for the best service! She was very attentive, made excellent suggestions and was super helpful throughout our time there. We also had the Minestrone soup and salad combo which never disappoints with the flavour!
Met a friend for supper the other night. Although the food was good and our server was delightful, the girl working the door was not. I had made reservations for 2 people for 6pm. When I arrived I waited my turn in line and when I reached the front I told Bailey that I had a reservation. I was asked to stand to the side until "her girl" came back. I stood for several minutes and watched 3 sets of people come in with no reservation be seated. I finally went back to ask if she had forgotten about me?! I was told my table wasn't ready yet. When I was finally seated 10 minutes past my reservation time I observed several empty tables. What was the point of reserving a table? Then when my friend arrived she too was treated rudely by Bailey. Maybe the stress of working the front door as hostess would be better suited to someone else. I understand that it can be a stressful job, and not everyone is cut out for working with the public. This girl never smiled once at any of the guests she greeted at the front door. She's not the first impression you want at your establishment, she DOESN'T make people feel welcome. Get a new job Bailey!
Walked into Olive Garden since there was huge waiting at Red Lobster and Loved everything about this place. Food was delicious and portions are great. Warm and soft breadsticks are always a delight. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back.
Food was very good, as usual. It was very busy when we arrived. We waited an hour to get seated, but there was room for us in the lounge to wait. Tyler was our server and he was very busy with many other tables. He, however did a great job keeping us topped up with our soup, salad, bread sticks and drinks!
The food here is delicious and their service is exceptionally amazing. ??
Overall experience ok. Food was ok too. It felt like our server wants us to go asap because she kept going back to us and even asked me if I want a box already when I am half done and eating my food.. Even gave our receipt while we are not even done yet. (Fyi the place isn't even packed with customers)We were even planning to eat dessert at first but she already gave us our receipt so it felt kinda rude and I just order it to go and then we head out.. I had to go tiramisu, and it was great. Ate it in the car. Lol
Hadn't been to Olive Garden in years. It was really really great food! We had the endless soup and salad. I was full after my first bowl of soup. Next time I'll try one of the 4 others I missed. Looks like I'll need to go back 4 more times to try them all. Lol ?
I went out to dinner with my friends that I haven’t seen in awhile, we obviously had a lot of catching up to do so we planned to stay for awhile. I overheard the manager on duty making snarky comments about how long we had been there and saying how they wanted us to leave. My friends and I felt very unwelcome by this manager in fact her tone of voice left me appalled and speechless. I will NEVER eat here again. Food was good though the one star is because the waitress was amazing!
When we entered the server who received us put us beside the bar where people walks from the dinning to entrance and servers walks between rooms. Not sure why and left. We asked again to put us somewhere in booth. We were dressed up as it was my convocation day and we went for the lunch. But still she put us in there. Anyway, the server who took care of our table was amazing. That is why I am jot giving one star. I did not like the food. The appetizer was okay but the ravioli was so hard. I am pretty sure it was cooked for awhile and was in warmer as it was very hard to chew. My husband said that his meal was good.
The taste is great enough for a perfect Italian lunch. I love the soup served
