I called this restaurant a few days back but unfortunately they don’t deliver to the other side of town. Quite disappointing though. Why not deliver across Winnipeg and charge the customers for delivery….. Any way, it would have been an opportunity to try your menu and I was really craving Chinese cruise that day.?
The food we ordered was really good. Prices are great for the quantity and quality. Will be back here as quickly and frequently as possible.
Food is great; staffs friendly.They are more on northern style chinese dishes than southern style, that means more spicy taste and more on pasta.
Duck isn't as crispy skinned as I'd like it to be. Lamb was a bit tough. Otherwise food taste. Service is non-existent. Nobody will top up your water or check in.
Ate here 20 years ago when I was a student. Ate here 20 years after, and fond memories came rushing back. Thank you for surviving difficult times and delivering memories. Crispy ginger beef remains an old favorite dish!
came to this place last week w my husband and we were so annoyed with the two ladies there. The food was good but those two lady servers were so rude, they slammed the dish on my table. when I was trying to ask them about the food, they gave us a bad attitude and pretended they didnt know. and the chopsticks were dirty !
While I believe the food is acceptable, it is still far too expensive for the quality and quantity. Experiences with waiters/waitresses have been either unimpressive or rude and dismissive towards non-chinese customers. There is hardly a range in between. This is from going with chinese friends and without. While in years past I would have rated higher, perhaps they took their prime location and past reputation for granted and forgot how to be humble and customer oriented.
Dun go there, you w, I never ever felt that bad with such a bad service Chinese restaurant, I’ve ordered a food through app, they said order is ready, can pick up at anytime, I arrived there late for 10 minutes, it’s suppose all food is ready, right? Of course not, what happen was they even not feel sorry for the food late. And talking to me in really impolite way, they asked me is it skip dishes? I said no, then they said what is your order number, and then they said there’s no such order, I thought what, the record is on the app! Normally, they should check for my order, right? But they just go away for 15 minutes? What the heck is this restaurant? I asked them again, can you check my order, you won’t believe what they said, speak loudly I can’t hear you, I wanna say there’s not noisy in the restaurant, just 2 table of guests. Then I said again, they keep saying speak louder? Felt like, They just like wanna ignore me. And also asked me to write down the number, what’s the point of that? You should serve the customer, not me, you should write it down, not a customer. they seem like only just serve for food delivery services company like skip dishes/ Uber eat, etc. There’s a lot of order from food delivery services, I saw there a lot of delivery man keep went there pick up food. So if they dun wanna do business with self pick up customer, they should just ‘write down’ on the app, (we don’t serve self pick up customer, because they don’t get me good money then food delivery services. I will never go there or order any food from this kind of restaurant. F them.
The last two times . The worst food in the city . Terrible. Overpriced and the worst !!!! Please do not order . You will terribly disappointed. It has been good but must have a newer cook . Will never go again.
We ordered food for over $50 today. I felt disappointed because the restaurant gave me half of the amount. The first dish is beef with eggplant tossed with black pepper sauce, which I got only half a box of dishes. BUT IT COSTS ME $21. Even a $14 dish at other restaurants is much more than this. What’s worse, even my favorite soup was less than usual. Won’t come back again. Rather go to other Chinese restaurants that are more cheaper and have good value and shorter waiting time.
