A fantastic sandwich for lunch. We arrived from England and were so lucky to find this shop. Artisan bread and home cured meats all produced on the premises. Winnipeg is lucky to have this store.
Delicious barley soup with beans and fresh veggies. Egg salad sandwich was very tasty. A very good latte for dessert, too.
The space is great the sandwiches are awesome I'll get another sandwich from here again you'll have to decide for yourselves if your looking a small lunch and coffee
We have heard many good things about this establishment. I have tried a number of times to call, all ending at their voicemail. I am not gambling my meal service on a return call.So we were close by today and thought we would order in person and wait. I saw one door, locked with card access. So I knocked, then pounded, then left after a minute or two of futility. I cannot imagine what will compel me to try their food or remove these words.
havent been there much because the cashier/order taker is painfully slow and. decent sandwiches however not sure the High price is justified.
Best local place downtown..love the beet salad..friendly staff..great prices one to watch..they are expanding their services..highly recommend.

Awesome sandwiches and chilli fries
Went for lunch, nice greeting, hot flavorful sandwich. Was busy. Had the Beef Dip, which was good, the dip steaming and satisfying.
I stopped in with a couple co-workers for lunch before the holidays. The menu is simple, but the food is delicious. I had a half club and chicken soup and it was so yummy. The service was really great too. It felt really homey - put your dishes away and you get a cookie - and it was one of the best cookies we've ever had!
