Impressive customer service they try to make your purchase work for you even if you don’t have a dollar more than you need to get your lunch they knocked off the price of my lunch from $14 down a buck to $13 which is how much I have in my Bank and that was astounding that they did that for me thank you New York Fries!

Food is always cold. Ordered plain fries it was cold. They sell mostly fries. Should be hot

The quality of food here has really gone down! I ordered a poutine and large fries, the poutine has a pile of almost frozen cheese and four little squirts of gravy. The large fry was half full, the regular fries used to come in a big cup and now you get an even smaller container that they only half fill... What a rip off!
