This place is a joke. I ordered food at 9:30 PM, and nothing showed up after 1 hour and 15 minutes (even though their website says 60 minutes). I called them, and the guy who answered the phone said it would be here in 15 minutes. I waited another 45 minutes for my food to arrive. That’s a total of two hours for my food to get here. Once it actually did arrive, I got nothing what I ordered. I ordered a burger, meaty calzone, and a Shawarma sandwich. All I got was some coleslaw and chicken mess-in-a-box, along with the most pitiful half a wrap I have ever seen in my life. My burger and calzone didn’t even arrive.
I wonder why this place is even open. Half of their menu isn't available. They offered to sub in a salad for my pick up order, when I got there they didn't even have cutlery for me to eat the salad with. The staff working the counter was not helpful at all, he seemed to think a free can of pepsi makes up for them messing up my order and for not having utensils for me to eat that wrong order with.
Unique taste. I love it, and my family love it too. Will order again for sure. Thumbs Up!
Took them more than three hours to deliver one of my online paid order. I had another online order that was never processed. They were also very rude to me when I was calling them to know about the status of my order. Instead of processing my order, they were arguing with me over the phone.If you order at this place, don’t pay for your order until you get you order delivered, because cancellation with refund would not be an option unless you go to their store in person.
Was introduced to this restaurant just this year but always drive by it... 2nd time going there and really enjoyed their calzones! You need to try it yourself if in the area

Ayman and khaled, they've a really passionate stuff. Always smiling and greeting with a respectful way. Otherwise, the taste is so amazing. I recommend MR calzone

My boyfriend placed an order for pickup, they told him it would be ready in 35 minutes. He waited outside for 30 minutes because when he called he was right by the restaurant. When he finally went in the place was empty and the two workers inside both said he never placed an order. They told him to recall the number he called to confirm he even called the restaurant, their phone rang.. They both seemed to smirk at each other when telling him this information. When he was outside for over a half hour he could see through the window these workers doing nothing, he thought his food was cooking so they were just chilling. They proceeded to say it would take 20 more minutes to now make the order he placed in the first place.This is not only ridiculous, but awful customer service.
These are hands down the tastiest calzones! Decently priced! There are a variety of menu options the staff are nice. The restaurant has lots of bright lighting. Highly recommend the chicken calzone!!!You food is served to you piping hot ?
