Awesome service and good food.Jaeden was great! We visited Monday evening and it was very quiet so no long lines.A little disappointed that they no longer do the "eat free on your birthday" but otherwise great time at Mongo's!
Absolutely love this place. Food is always fantastic and staff is very helpful and friendly. Kids love when the manager Carol comes around. She always remembers them and jokes around and they think she's hilarious. Best place for a family meal.
Great service; friendly, knowledgeable and the grill crew were very entertaining. Food was fresh and everything was delicious! Kids loved that they could pick their own food so they actually ate their veggies!
staff was friendly, food was good at best. it’s a nice experience for kids to see the food being made in front of them other wise not the best. sides were dry, best part is the customization of your dish.
Interesting experience. The flavour is based on what you put in your plate. Watching them throw the egg and rice bowl in the air is also exciting and a little bit nervous. Will come again.
Very delicious fresh meal. Kids can eat as they can but cant take it homeWill come back again.
The best place for a vegetarian person to dine-in. I would like to enjoy their services in north winnipeg also. Waiting for a new branch ❣️
I like this place. Its buffet style ? with really good things to choose from. Once you've loaded your bowl they will grill it for you. They also have all kinds of sauces to put on ,I would suggest put on at least 6 for very nice flavor. Not a breakfast place but for me I don't care its really good. The price has gone up some but what hasn't
The quality of the food has gone down hill. The last two times the freshness of the vegetables, and meat has been questionable. I had a rotten red pepper, mushrooms were black and bock choy, cabbage were dried out. Meat was also not looking fresh and smelt off. I will not be returning again. The staff were very friendly and professional though.
We have eaten at Mongos for many years over 10 to be exact. A few things have changed recently which feel like slaps in the faces of your loyal customers. #1 if your kid has a bowl of stir fry they can't take home their leftovers. These people would rather throw it in the garbage than allow there customer take it home. #2 You ask for a take out container and it's so small your leftover can barely fit and literally it could bust open any second. To cheap #3 Those delicious sides you have enjoyed with your $18! noodle veggies and meat bowls like cheese or dragon Ranch now cost you extra. up to $1 a piece. For condiments that you offerd for free for 10 years!! what is this McDonald's? Honestly cost me $100 to fees my family at Mongos or Honestly it's gotten so bad at you establishment I might as well go back to McDonald's only cost me $40 and they give me as much ketchup as I ask for without charging me extra. so disappointing ? that we will no longer be able to enjoy your delicious stir fry.
