Pretty decent location at least in regards to cleanliness. Also the staff here are really nice
DON'T EAT HERE!Dirty & filthy restaurant.Tables and floors are not properly cleaned.The touch screen has dirty finger marks on them.Staff doesn't wear masks & gloves while preparing foods.We ended up eating food in our car. I wont even give a star but this review wont let me post a comment unless i give one.
They messed up my order and said I could get my meal replaced the next day for free they only replaced the one item. It’s not the first time I’ve had problems here. I will not return
Not to bad but could be better as you could not hear the girl on the drive through speakers so you just GUESS that she got your order and maybe she did not get it so much for the GOOD Service not today ?
Not sure how you would add sugar to a ice coffee if it wasn't requested. I think maybe they might have a problem with the hearing the speakers on their equipment, but not in this case no where on my order does it say add sugar or syrup. I was going for the $1 coffee...Had to throw whole thing away
If someone wants to try something new and exciting McDonald's is not for them. McDonald's formula are constant and if don't wants to disappoint go to McDonald's cuz there line up of burgers are tried by millions of people so if are hungry go to McDonald's but if want to try something new then don't.
Personally I prefer a store that is clean and they wear gloves. But this store did not wear gloves when they were making my meal. But other than that, the store is pretty good.
worst staff. they always miss something to put in bag. worst drive through service. please check bags before leaving..?? your order wont match with whats inside the bag..
This location has a decent amount of parking hower the location is difficult to get in and out. Leaving the parking lot behind the store (e.g not pembina southbound) has crazy potholes at the current time. Maybe leave via Pembina Hwy and avoid the pot holes on the city street.They have a really good drive through.I ate inside and it took awhile to be attended to.The last time we had visited they didn't have any drinks.Once I was served, the McDonald's App kept misfunctioning.There was an overbilling in the app, which I almost missed.The staff was friendly.Staff gave me a number and I had to call a call centre and I had to find a receipt which almost had been thrown out. The call centre will send me a coupon in the mail. Apparently it will expire.Food was made quickly and tasted fresh and hot.I think I will just use their exceptionally good drive through in the future.
Constantly messing up my orders, complaining gets you no where. They blame skip or Uber eats for their mistakes, right receipts on bag but not the food I ordered. One of the worst!!!
