I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s but this is consistently the worst. They are consistently the slowest McDonald’s, regularly make mistakes on orders, and constantly keep changingI don’t care what deal you throw outNever coming back, come down one to many times to wait 20 minutes for fast food and show up to the store closed because they keep closingCloses at like 8:00 in the evening now? What kind of McDonald’s closes at 8? Place is ridiculous and pathetic
The service here is a joke. I wanted something cheap and fast, but I didn't get that here. I should have read the reviews prior to coming to this location and took my business elsewhere!I wasn't happy that I was served last when I ordered before people who came into the store and ordered at the front counter. Is there a policy for them to serve those people over the people who use the kiosks? Like I understand that there are some people who do mobile orders but there are some people in the store who just order up front before we did when we came there before them. It doesn't make any sense like some McDonald's if they forgot your order or misplaced it and checked your receipt and everything to make sure you paid they usually upgrade your meal or whatever you ordered as it's quite sad for fast food to take longer than 10 minutes when you've got a child and a stroller who's waiting for their nuggets and all you need is your iced coffee.I observed the screen where it indicates when your food is being made in progress and who's next up being served, I was stunned when all the orders have been cleared.They got the order right in the end but it was an extra 5 minute wait so my overall waiting list was 20 minutes and my partners break time was quite limited and we were supposed to drop off some food at the hospital before our departure and going about our day. I left feedback on the link behind the McDonald's receipt since I was unimpressed with my service and the workers' handle things yesterday. Would I be ordering ahead on the app next time? Maybe, if I could remember to bring my phone with me.
Worst McDonald’s by far in this city. Accused by your staff of using a fake $5 bill. I tried to ask what made them believe it was a fake bill. Staff member Cooldeep said she didn’t know. A week later I came around 3am to order from the drive thru and they refused to serve me saying they were closed. If that is the case they should really take down their open 24hr sign. Trash staff.
Worse quality and quantity . All other McDonald’s do a round and good amount but this one cheap out in ice cream . Seriously

Mobile order took forever & they served several cars behind me before ever delivering my order. Mobile order is supposed to be a time-saver!
I never ordered before from MC or any fast food restaurant because I don’t eat porkToday is the first day of Eid Al-Fitr I took my kids for first time to get chicken from this locationAnd before I give my kids any thing I opened the Burger to check just in case I found small piece of BaconI went back to tell the lady behind the counter what’s happening she was very nice and she give me a new oneWhen I get my car I found out che gives me egg with cheese then I took off and I well never do it again.
The worst service time I have ever experienced. I don't why it took them 25 min to finish a combo. I saw an employee moping the whole time while i was waiting there. If it is busy the supervisor suppose to ask the employee to help them instead of moping there. This shows that they don't care about costumer or they don't know what is costumer service. The time i experienced this is on April 18 @ 10:20pm. I have worked in a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT the average service time is 100 seconds. If there is wait on meat it won't take more than 5 min. Here my waiting time is 1500 seconds that is like 15 times than my old restaurant. I think they don't know the meaning of FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. By reading other reviews I understand that this is normal to them and I think they won't change.
I went to this location at noon today, i place my order and the dude said to wait there for few mins. 15 mins goes by and no food so i called them and asked where my food was. The girl i spoke to said, she is jst putting my chicken grill on now.. They had totally forgotten about my order and didnt care at all. She said im sorry and i wil bring the if out when ready.. Took me 25 mins to get a grilled chicken... wish i could give this location a -10
The shop entrance was locked at 9:00 pm on Saturday; went to drive through and employee refused to honour their coupon. She said I have to use app, I told them to keep coupon book. Worst Mcdonald's in Winnipeg by far. Rubbish customer service. It should be zero stars.
