Disgusting bathroom, there wasn't any soap or toilet paper. The toilet seats in the women's were covered in urine and vomit.
The food was fresh and good. A little slow service tho
Ordered a smoothie and it looked presentable but it tasted kind of weird.
I went inside the store to get a coffee this morning and the employee and manager refused to put the coffee in my travel mug. Not only do I not want to contribute to the massive amount of waste in this world but there's chemicals inside the disposable cups to make them non stick and those chemicals end up in your coffee. They kept on telling me that they are just not allowed. It's pathetic that we are hiding behind rules that don't make any sense that we can even explain the logic of and just repeating them over and over as a reason for what we're doing. I had paid cash and they had no trouble touching my money which is far dirtier than the travel mug I had just washed right before I left my home. They chose to give me a refund rather than serving a customer.
One of the cleaner and better organized McDonald's in the city. Food is always made correctly when I visit. The dining room is clean. Much better than the Methdonalds up the road at sherbook and portage Ave.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered sodas from here. The drinks were all warm and flat, waste of money and gas.
Was there for a quick dine in experience.
This review is for the fantastic customer service at the drive through at this location. Especially the first window. Recently I’ve always had the same friendly person helping us. Very polite, personable, and a joy to interact with! Order has always been correct, as well. (Not always the case with other locations). I live one and a half blocks from a different McDonald’s and I drive to this location because the drive through service is so good. The person appears Caucasian, male presenting (but I don’t want to miss gender them, just in case), tall and slim. They’re a delight! I know fast food service is a thankless and gruelling job, so it’s nice to see someone be so chipper when that often isn’t the case. The second window has often been a female presenting person whom I think may be Filipino, and they are also very friendly and polite.

Well they didn’t pack up my Junior Chickens and didn’t pack a medium fry I ordered. Skip delivered their half of the deal but then the restaurant didn’t pack my stuff with my large order.
