From the greeting at the door to the very last bit of dessert, this evening at Maxine's was AMAZING.Ryan, our awesome waiter, was absolutely wonderful !!! He was so down to earth and happy and gave us the best customer service.Thank you for the best 26th anniversary dinner EVER !!!
Went to Maximes for dinner on Mother’s Day. After the server took our dinner order it took over an hour and a half before we got our meal. I was disappointed with not only with the service but the meal as well. It was just warm so it obviously was sitting before it was served to us. I use to go to this restaurant years ago and was looking forward to dinner. The food was nothing special but the service was worse. I will not go there again nor will I recommend it to my friends.
A great overall dining experience. The atmosphere was tranquil and beautiful. Staff were friendly and professional. Their well dressed attire added to the overall ambience. The food was spectacularly great. A large menu with lots of options. I look forward to my next dinning experience there. I recommend it!
We have not been to maximes since first round of covidWe ordered. We were not offered a drink only water. Had to ask the server for a wine and beer. The soup came out almost immediately. No sooner had I finished my last spoonful of soup my main course was in front of me. We were asked if we wanted dessert. No thanks we replied . Then the bill was on the table. We were not asked if we wanted tea or coffee This experience lasted all of 45 minutes. I have Been in McDonald’s longer. They were not even busy.
Wonderful food and service! Fresh, delicious and fast! Our server was Debbie and she was so polite and professional. I admired her expertise as she mentioned being a part of Maxime’s for 30 years! Me and my friend had a great time. Thank you Debbie and thank you Maxime’s!
Before I talk about the food I want to mention the outside service of our waiter, Ryan. He was extremely professional, polite and attentative. He made our experience at Maxime's restaurants a million times better. We would give him 100 stars if we could!The food tasted amazing. Definitely try their French Onion soup( by for the most delicious soup I've tried in Winnipeg!!). Their cocktails are as delicious as the food. Overall staff knows what theiy are doing. Definitely coming back here again.
Great food and experience. Servers and staff are very nice and helpful. We had a big group but the server remembered our names and our orders. Food is great and the portions are good. I fully recommend everyone to go check this place out of you haven't yet.
Spent an hour and half enjoying some delicious seriously delicious lunch with my mom and mother in law today. I had the beef dip mom had the Philly steak and mother in law had the Denver. Soup was amazing.. food was delicious. But the service was what set today apart. Debbie treated us like celebrities. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
Had lunch with some highschool friends at maximes restaurant. The food was delicious and our server Daryl was amazing. Such a nice server. Had a great time.
I had not been to Maxime's in many years as I live on the other side of the city now. WOW it was absolutely fantastic. Both food and service was exceptional. Debbie our server was outstanding. The food from the appetizers, to the main courses and the dessert was so delicious and portions we big. I will definitely make sure to come back more often well worth the drive.
