How is marble slab? Pricey. Not too ridiculous but I wouldn't say a bargain by any means. Like $7 for a small?

Placed an order thorough skip, never confirmed it, the skip headquarters got in contact with the restaurant and they never answered, bad experience, I have ordered a few years ago and never had a problem?
Delicious ice cream, great variety, but service ruins it all!! The employee did not do the job well, the ice cream was too soft and was dripping when she was transferring it to the cup! No cup covers were provided. When I asked for covers she gave the wrong size. No trays available for multiple ice creams. We usually order for the whole family, so it is absolutely impossible to hold all the ice cream, and it melts from the warms of your hands. We came home with all messy with melted ice cream. Absolutely no communication, no greeting or anything like that.No desire to come back.

The flavours are great but....when we went the ice cream was soft, they gave it to us melted in a cup, the toppings weren't even mixed. It was a disaster. It looked like my ice cream had been sitting in the sun for 5 min. The worst for the amount of money paid.
