Food is good. Pricey though but the huge problem is customer service. It simply does not exist. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. I have called at least 3 times and they have never returned my calls. I bring my business somewhere else now.

Service was great but the amount of chocolate in the chocolate croissant is unreal. Why was the chocolate croissant so low on chocolate?I will make sure to drive to **à l'épic de blé** next time to get my chocolate croissante at least there i know i will get what i paid for.Very disappointed

Bakery 5Vibe 5Coffee :(Unfortunately they don't have cappuccino/latte options to enjoy with their bakery products, so better to bring your own.

So sad the location on Ness just closed, as I live in St James. However, the croissant quality is so incredible that its worth the trip to St. Boniface. Highly recommend!

There date squares are fantastic if you can ever get them. Locally baked pastries with flavor and consistency.

On 3 June I placed an online order for bread with a 9 June pick up date. As always, came to $17.97 and to support a local business I rounded off my credit card payment to $20. I have completed online orders like this previously without issue. Other than the conformation of my order I heard nothing further. On 9 June I dropped by the store to see whether the bread was ready. It was not and I said I could come back on the 14th and would await the email confirmation. Nothing happened and I finally phoned the store to ask what's up. Got a voice message yet never heard back. A few days later I emailed and also never heard back. On 24 June received an email to say $17.97 was refunded to my credit card. They kept the tip!! I emailed back on 24 June about the tip and still waiting 5 days later. They make great products but Ill shop someplace else now.

I happened upon this bakery by accident as I was walking my dog. As I passed, I saw the place was full of people. The next morning on my walk, I stopped by to see what the hype was about… and now I know. Exceptional service, beautiful looking and tasting pastries. Next time, I am visiting Winnipeg, this place will be one that I stop by again.

Absolutely phenomenal taste in practically everything the make ! The people behind the scenes actually "create" pieces of quality and taste. Even looking at their croissants you can feel the care they were made with.Unfortunately not the same situation with some people on the front who make sure one thinks twice to go back again, as they seem to actively make sure you feel unwanted there. Sad I had to give the whole place two stars only. It's not that I will not ever go there in the future but the experience had such a negative feeling surrounding it again - especially in the first nice day after a long winter - that it must be a day of overwhelming optimism and undoubtful positivity to risk doing it.

Great little French bakery in the heart of St Boniface. Great selection of tasty treats and make sure to try the bread pudding and strawberry croissant!

The croissants are great and the other pastries are delicious as well. Just have to make sure you get there early!
