Tried out Khao House for the first time, everything was delicious and well made! We had pho, BBQ duck ramen, a kalapao and pandan coconut and chia seed ice cream. The soup was rich and the flavours were well balanced, and we loved the unique homemade ice cream! The atmosphere was cozy, and everything on the menu was well priced, especially given the generous portions and quality ingredients. The service was friendly, and we liked that you earn points from the Local Frequency app. We will definitely be going back!
Pork buns, spring rolls and cold beers. Great place.
The pork Bahn Mi I had was delicious. The place itself is quiet and atmospheric. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place too.
Love this space, love the food, love the attendants and adore the fact that I can enjoy some flavourful, exciting food with some friends while they have a brew. When I go out to eat, I may enjoy being alone or with my friends but I also thoroughly enjoy the presence of other people. Khao has great food but the fact that it is also in The Good Will separates it from other, similar dining experiences in the area; honestly, as silly as it may sound, I almost find it intensely cultural to hear the bar's festivities in the background while I enjoy my favourite chicken sandwich or slurp down some utterly delicious ramen.
I love their Fried Chicken Sandwich, best chicken burger in the city. Such a great flavour combo and amazing texture! Fast and friendly service with a clean visible workspace. As well as a convenient location for university students. A bit pricey but is warranted due to the ingredients used. Very much my favourite sandwich.
My wife loved the offerings. The ramen was delicious, and the mini egg rolls an enjoyable change from my vietnamese upbringing. Plus the staff are incredibly personable. We plan on visiting again when we travel north once more for many fest
Try the Fried Chicken Sandwich especially if you love tobiko!
Had the fries and fried chicken sandwich, both were delicious and flavourful.
Something different.... Worth a try but expensive IMO.
