Really disappointed with my last order! No utensils, when checked box. Also had special instructions that were not followed. When you pay almost $50.00 for 2 people it's a little ridiculous that they can't get a simple order right.

I visit this location regularly. Fairly quick and never any errors with my order. The only complaint I have is my total varies all the time, despite ordering the same thing everytime. I've even asked and I've been told it's due to how some punch in the drink. It's just frustrating as I like to pay cash and would love to know the amount to have it ready, but total is between 3 different amounts. ?

Driving by, had a nostalgic moment, and figured I'd get some good ol KFC. Noticed even in the car, it didn't have the smell I associate with KFC, and the taste when it tried it, confirmed, 0 taste. It's now like breaded chicken, with very little taste. Hoped the gravy would save the day. Wrong again. It was warm brown tasteless gravy. I think I seen one speck of ( hopefully) spice. Will not be returning.

Drinks are watered down garbage, very slow for a “fast food” restaurant. Also out of something every single time I come. Drive through was being blocked off by some guy pressure washing crates? Could you not do that in the middle of the drive through ?

I wish I could give rating in minus, haven’t clean snow for all winter, stuck my twice in drive thru

Today @ 03:06pm I went drive through and order regular wings and the employee took wrong order. I politely went inside the restaurant and clear the misunderstanding with team , may be 5-6 persons at same time came and discuss the matter ,went back to there work still we were waiting for too long to get refund for the the Oder but nobody helped . After a while the person named Navjot , she asked what do you want now..? We said we still waiting for refund and again she start talking to their crew and then one of them refund us. the employee NAVJOT she blamed me that I’m making her video because of her misbehaviour, it was so much disrespectful . Actually didn’t make any video but still she blamed me . Just want to say there was too many crew members working at same time but not helpful to sort one issue. Too much confuse staff members.poor customer service ever.

Went to this location (8:25 pm) thinking it was open until 10 pm , ordered and felt like we were an inconvenience to them , was told they were closing soon 9 pm ,and asked if we are placing an order for takeout ?? Said no when we were and still asked again if it’s takeout , we were ordering to dine in .., should have just walked out but we ordered and gave the benefit of understanding we were dining in . We paid / spent $58 bucks in less than 15 mins and sat inside we we’re done eating at 845 pm . Still feeling like we were getting rushed out because a staff member was cleaning around us and emptying the garbage while we were still eating, very unpleasant customer service . We are the customers paying for a product/ service and it was nothing close to a pleasant experience. If anyone asked for a recommendation, this would be last place I’d suggest just for the experience we had . Sorry but if you didn’t want customers in at the time of your cleaning they should have locked the doors instead of still wanting and taking our order and our money and still putting everything in a bag for takeout and expecting us to leave and still rushing us to out by cleaning and emptying the trash bin s ???

Very disappointed in my visit. The food was all cold. The sauces for the popcorn chicken was forgotten. The chicken pieces were so small and dried out. For 53 dollars I didn't get good value for my money.

Ordered the plant-based sandwich as I have dozens of times before from multiple KFC locations. The sandwich I got was the regular chicken sandwich not the plant based, but when I went back around the drive thru the girl insisted it was plant based and refused to take it back/replace it because she claimed it was a new recipe for the plant based and that's why it seemed different from what I remembered. I know the difference between real chicken I just didn't have the time to stay and make a big deal about it. I'm wondering if they're literally doing it on purpose because the plant based costs twice as much as the regular chicken sandwich. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me at two different KFC locations. There is no "new recipe", they're just serving regular chicken to people who paid twice as much to get the plant-based sandwich. I ate the sandwich anyway because I was hungry and had already spent $9, but I regretted it in a couple hours because my body is not used to digesting meat. It would be bad enough if it was the same price, but paying 2x for the same disappointment is making me not want to trust any KFC anymore. I filled out a customer complaint survey for the previous location/incident, and never got any reply back from KFC

At this location, I will only do drive thru from now on. They seem to make the drive thru a priority even tho you made an online order to pick up in store at a certain time. I had the worst experience preordering food for lunch via the online app. Worst of all, they asked for feedback which I provided and I have not heard from the restaurant at all.
