I’m not really sure why this KFC is getting bad reviews from others but this is my family’s go-to KFC location in Winnipeg. The fries are always crispy, the gravy is delicious and the chicken is crispy and cooked very well. We get the family bucket meals. We find that this location has the best quality. We order inside for takeout and don’t use the drive-thru.
Bought a big bucket the chicken was so dry like it had been sitting all day. It was very dry, not going there again go to Mary Browns at least it isn’t dry an awful. Not again! Don’t waste your time.
I live in BC and have never been here, but guess what? I’ll never be coming to this kfc in Winnipeg when I visit the city.My friend from Winnipeg messaged me being upset about their service.Bright sunny day, she’d just finished her work out and was like you know what? I’ve earned a kfc sandwich and made the order with plum sauce on the side.Then she waited for her food to arrive, just imagine that half hour probably felt like half a day while she was excited about her sandwich.As she opened the bag, to her dismay, there was no plum sauce. BBQ sauce was smiling at her like a 1/10 girl looks at guy who is interested in a 7.No good.The drive thru girl looked like she wanted to work at Wendy's but got offered at KFC insteadI messaged her cracking a pretty good joke but she didn’t even laugh but decided to tell me her food story.You’ve caused interprovincial beef between KFCs now.Send her a burger with plum sauce please and thank you.
I ordered the famous chicken, all I can say it was horrible. It’s chicken was smaller then before, it was refried and hard.I also ordered the ultimate box and got and got a combo instead. Can anyone get an order right.
I ordered a Thigh and a Keel only. It was $6.47 and both pieces were tiny about the size of a regular drum! I was disappointed ?. If I could post the photo, I would.
Absolutely WORST KFC in the City of Wpg.How are they still in business?Mary Brown's and Popeye's are close by as well as Chicken Delight across the street who all have much better service.I had a run in with a snooty, incompetant worker named Carlotta.I posted a review about her last year. Is anything being done about her lack of customer service skills and her lack of respect for the customers?It seems KFC owner does not care about the customers at this Mcphillips Street location.The day manager is also lacking in customer service skills and also has an attitude towards the customers.She was a bit slow when I asked her a couple of questions. Not a good look for a Manager.Keep your money and go elsewhere to Mary Brown's /Popeyes/or Chicken Delight.
if you use kfc online delvery. double check your before paying. triple check. the website isnt working to contact customser support. called once. didnt realized everything was wrong

Terrible!! So now I can’t pay for my order by debit at the door. On line credit card only! What about some people that don’t have credit cards you just lost my business!!!
YUk yuk yuk. Two tiny pieces of absolutely grease chicken.Old french fries,watered down pepsi and a coleslaw. KFC used to be famous for their distinct secret recipe battered chicken.Their food was actually quite good for a fast food restaurant.Those days are long gone and I will Never order food from them again.Its unfortunate they have to mess with quality when all they had to do was stick with the original winning formula.I guess its all about profit now.Quality means nothing as long as people keep buying anyway.
