Picked up a 3 piece combo at KFC Outlet Mall, and have gone there for the very last time. One greasy thigh and 2 drumsticks with very little meat on them. 3rd time in a row now and they strike out totally on quality every time.
Given 2 stars because You always have to wait ... and on 4 occasions they don't deliver the complete order, something is always missing for what you already paid for and when you realize it's missing, you're already home
staff are rude and inefficient. they made my son waited for almost half an hour for a simple order considering there was no queue. that was terrible!!!!
food was great fresh and delicious, definitely will be back!!
Delicious comfort food laiden with a zillion calories makes for the perfect cheat meal. ? Their veggie sandwich is absolutely delish. ? The staff at this location are very kind, courteous and work exceptionally fast. They put the fast in fast food. Kudos to the team!
Ordered 1 person box meal, and got 9 little pieces of popcorn chicken... and they were insistent this is "standard" even though sign clearly shows a lot more... low quality food after the whole miserable experience, not recommended. Better options for you in the food court
