Do not visit this location, from the staff to the food quality and portions this taco bell gets a failing grade, only wish I could give 0 stars..
I went there for pickup order for delivery, the order was not ready on time. Working staff told me it will take 5 mins. I was waiting there for 10 more mins. After that, I asked again to a girl who was taking order , she was so rude to me, was saying you just have to wait. I was so disappointed at that time. Finally, i got the order after 15 mins waiting.Staff need training how to talk with customers.
I ordered and was told the till is not working, my order will be ready in 7 minutes and I can pay then. I waited for 20+ minutes. Then asked about the order. Was told I have to pay first. Had to wait for the order to be ready again.
One of the hostesses gave me grief for asking to put my fork that I could see on the heat tray, in the bag, stating that she had already placed one. Got to work, no fork in the bag.
Front staaf is very polite. Food is very tasty, specially hot wings with gravy.

chicken is so tiny, not a good value for your money. And every time we try to order extra crispy it's never ready. Why offer a menu item if you never have it? Very disappointed.
I ordered a 20 piece, with fries and gravy. What I got was 11 drum sticks and other dark meat!!! No Keal .. no white meat at all!! I'm so livid$42.55 for all dark meat!
