Worse experience. Ordered online on March 17 through mobile app for delivery. 3 hours later, our food was still not delivered so I decided to cancel the order. They said the money should be back within 3-5 days. It had to take 4 phone calls to their customer service to send the store a request for cancellation because they apparently did not cancel it. It’s already March 29th and we still don’t have the money back.
Took them half hour to finish my order l, told me to wait on the side and 15 minutes later no one still came out so I went in and apparently they didn’t even start my order. Funny thing is I ordered online to save time,l. Not the first time either on this location
This placed is managed by idiots who don’t know the difference between regular chicken and chicken tenders.. embarrassing how a blind person could do a better job than the staff at this location. Such a rip off compare to other KFC’s. Who knows what else is is hidden within that kitchen.
I had to het service for a cashier that didnt know what the 5.00 tender box was . And some jerk stopped in front of me during entering after a blizzard to sanitize his buttocks, I am mortified. They need to remove the sanitizer from the entrance so it is not a homeless attraction that could lead to violence ,or confused as toilet paper .
I was pretty disappointed to be told there was no chicken available before noon on a weekday.The drive thru needed some serious snow removal. Snow ruts in the drive thru were over a foot deep and would definitely damage a non-lifted vehicle. My little passenger car was looking down at the drive thru window because of the sheer volume of snow that hadn't been cleared and just left to pack down over time.
Nice service. Food is good and the kitchen is clean. Drive-thru is available. Sadly, the restroom are closed (due to covid, i guess) which doesn't make it a good pitstop for travelers like us.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star but I had no choice, called at couple of times they don't even say hello when they pick up the phone, the person who picked up started making weird chewing like sounds and then hung up.. this place should be shut down.
I ordered a stacker sandwich at this location. But when I went back home and took the sandwich out of the bag. I only found one piece of chicken on my sandwich. I ordered a stacker, but they only gave me a regular chicken sandwich.Where is my second piece of chicken? Scammer.The kfc at this location gave me the worst experience that I never had before.Avoid to go to this kfc.
I am huge fan of kfc but this location,They gave me garbage. Looked like this morning they made it and sold it evening. No crispy at all.
Worst kfc experience I had , chicken was cold , fries were cold , didn't get my order right had to go back and get my other half of the order and they had the nerve to tell me I didn't order the other items I was missing but I had my receipt so I did get it , no customer service skills at all I understand having a bad day but don't project that on ur customers especially with the prices being so high now
