Ice cream’s pretty mid. Not sure why there was only 1 staff working – given the traffic at the time. I initially planned to order off their screen menu but the worker informed me that I couldn’t because "they don’t use the menu anymore" – but why is it still on the screen if it’s useless, was my question. He couldn’t answer.
Went here coz they have good icecream, the lady said that the 1st transaction was declined so we did another one. When I checked my mobile banking, it had 2 transactions for Kernels. Told them that same day, they said the manager is the only one that can do refunds, it's been 3 weeks now and we still havent gotten our 24$ refund. The manager just phoned today saying that he cannot see any transaction for the overcharge. I need to send screenshots and to think that it took them 3 weeks to let me know that they cant find anyhting! Worst customer service! I dont know if that would be a modus or something as If ai didnt check it then it will be left unnoticed and extra $$$ for them!
The woman that helped my daughter and I over the weekend was very friendly! The only complaint I have is that I could not get a shake because they had no milk. I was disappointed but got a scoop instead which was delicious!
Their ice cream is great but just a FYI if you want to share it your spoon will cost you $1.25, which is crazy!!!
Poor service. Extremely slow. I asked for a large shake and the short lady made enough for a medium and didn’t fill my cup at all. They were also out of napkins, idk how that happens when you have a business. I asked her and she said that’s all she made. Will not be back again.
One of the people working at the time was quite rude towards me. Shoulder length, dark hair with glasses. Was very uncomfortable while waiting to get helped by the other person working.
