For myself having a seafood and fish allergy it can be hard to get quality sushi that is safe for me. I tried a few different chicken and beef options which were delicious and they were amazing at accommodating my situation.
Delicious nigiri and huge portions for the sushi! Wasn't crazy about the takoyaki though
The food is always excellent and the price is good for the sushi rolls. For sure my fav sushi. However the hours are not right online when I order sometimes they’re closed and some days they’re not open when they say they will be. This should be changed online if some days they're not open.

Hands down the best sushi in Winnipeg. Their tempura is LEGENDARY and is a must try as well as the gyoza.
I used to drive all the way to St James for a sushi place that made mango rolls when Kai Sushi makes three different types!!! The T.A.M and the A.M are amazing mango rolls that are topped with an amazing mango sauce!! We drool over these and the location couldn't be more dangerous for us!! 10/10 must try the T.A.M or if your vegan the A.M!!!
First time eating at this restaurant. My husband and I wanted to try someplace new and I have to say the sushi was really good for a reasonal price. Friendly environment.

Thought we would try as we were in area. Short on time and had good google reviews. I would say there was almost too much fish. That may sound a bit crazy. But thick cut and overpowering. A few other concerns with taste. Anyway we will not return.
