My go-to Jollibee branch in Winnipeg. The portion is perfect and how they cook their chicken is spot-on. No other negative words to say other than the location is usually cramped and how you have to get out from the drive-thru during busy hours. Only minor feedback is I sure hope they switch their straws from plastic to a more environment-friendly alternative.
I wasn't happy with one of your employees did, we ate there for mothers day celebration, this is what happened, my wife and my young daughter already sit while i am taking our order in counter but my wife didn't mean to sit down at employee’s area, my young daughter just wanted to sit there and the employee that mopping the floor ask to move to another table but my young daughter didn't want to leave because she wanted to be sit there and we didn't push her to move because she was crying so we stayed there then my daughter was afraid of the loud crackling sound, your employee move that iron barrier so she cried even more and your employee was even more intentional to move the chair as she can lifted it so as not to make noise and she whispered to the other employee with her that probably we were the ones talking about, if she was angry with us because we sat in the employee area I hope you understand that this is a young child. I hope you teach your employee well how to approach the customer properly. We understand that it is not allowed to sit that area but what she did was very wrong.
This is a great place that serves burgers, chicken and spaghetti however everything is very sweet including the spaghetti sauce which is pork Weiner instead of beef which is not to my liking however you can use the gravy that comes with the chicken instead. Not unlike a Tim Hortons the staff is Filipinos who are always smiling and willing to try make u happy. The chicken is great servings could be bigger and prices are fair. For 2 pieces of chicken spaghetti and the awesome pineapple juice comes to $15.66. Unfortunately the wall paper in the washrooms looks horrendous like it was designed for the 70's but the service and food is a great and I will go again.
So I went here for dinner with my gf and I would say Jollibee's Chicken got better because last time I was here their chicken was kinda undercook and oily because you could still see RED stain from the chicken's bones but last night was a different experience ??? The spices were not too spicy and the palabok was really tasty also OMG their brand NEW Banana Langka Pie is really good I might go to Jollibee for more hehehe because my all time favorite is the Peach Mango Pie ?? Ohh I forgot to review the Burger Yam hahaha its always good! ONE of the best burgers in town ??? Keep up the good work Jollibee Crew I really like how you properly cooked the Spicy Chicken 5 Stars!!!!
Great tasting food not greasy hot and tasty
Jollibee is an all time fave. Love that they finally have a chicken sandwich! I hope they keep it on the menu permanently.
Clean restaurant and friendly staff, but the food we tried was mediocre at best. The chicken was rubbery, fatty and somewhat bland, and the spaghetti tasted like Chef Boyardee with slices of hotdog and processed cheese.
Visiting from Thunder Bay Ontario wanted to try this place and wasn't let down. Food was delicious not salty which I loved. And the price was reasonable.
This fast food chain eases my homesickness and cravings,thank you jollibee for having your branches spreaded all over the world.
I've started going to Jolibees after hearing a negative review from some people I knew, up until this time I had only heard good things about Jolibees. Since I've gone myself, I consider those friends, not to know good food when they see it, quality of the food, flavour, taste, preparation, and service matters on all levels. Each time of gone, I've gone to different locations and tried different foods each time. They do not disappoint when it comes to serving with quality and good food. Excellent service and food, keep doing what you are doing Jolibees, that's what people love about you.
