Jolly experience at Jollibee. Came in and took some pictures with the bee and one of the employees offered to take a picture for us too!The food was delicious we got combo B which included 6 pc chicken, spaghetti, and 3 mango peach pies. Drinks are additional charge!
We always order food from this location but there’s this one time when we had a bad experience. We went there 9pm and they close at 10pm. they don’t have chicken. there’s 2 team members and 2 managers at the till but they are all looking at the back of house, and didn’t even acknowledge us. We were waiting for 10 minutes in front of the till, and then they told us they don’t have chicken. One manager even gave us an attitude. what a disappointment. I was once a shift manager at a fast food restaurant too. they should forecast their cooking well enough, especially on a weekend. There was also a bunch of delivery drivers and customers waiting for their order too. They are so eager to go home. I even heard one person saying “let’s close now so we can go home.” i pity these guys for horrible customer service.
Food very disappointing. Cold fried hard dry hamburger. Chicken sandwich ok. Too much hype for nothing.

We bought our 10 piece Jolly chicken original last Sunday for Easter celebration. Very disappointing because the chicken tasted and appeared to have been cooked twice. The breading was so tough and the meat was not as juicy as before. The price has gone up but the quality went down. It was not as like before where you get a fresh and juice Jolly chicken. I don't recommend people buying this product anymore. You don't get your money 's worth. They are fooling people with what they are advertising. Come on Jollibee people, stay on your original way of cooking this item.
Disappointing. Staff does not have the courtesy to let people know they cut the line. There old people and kids still waiting in line hoping to get jollibee . These people were too shy to ask. I spoke with the manager and all he said he told people the line was already cut. This manager was willing to wait another hour to let people know they aren’t accepting any more customers. Multi million company and can’t even tell people the line is done for the night? A simple sign saying we are done for the night would help reduce people like me getting upset. Time is valuable.
Ordered online for a family bucket treatA with steak and upsize my order from six to 10 pcs I even ordered extra pie and palabok, but I was upset to receive only regular and missing the steak, been trying to call the store to complaint but it’s so hard to contact them until now I been trying to call them while doing this comment and it’s my 30th times already,
friday, feb 18 2022, i bought 10 pcs chicken from the drive thru Ellice location to cater for a bday party for a family with kids, so we decided to cut the 10 chicken into small pieces, while we're cutting it, we notice blood dripping from the chicken we check all of it and all were not cooked properly, i called the store and told them about it, then the person i talked to told me that they need a proof or a picture to send it to them because that is a part of the Investigation, i dont mind sending it to them but unfortunately we already put it inside the oven to heat it or fully cook it, for me it is very offensive that the person doesnt truly believe what im saying, i am a regular customer, i even worked for jollibee long time ago when i was still in the philippines as a PC, and this is the first time happened to me. if i am a customer eating inside the store i can easily show it to them by calling one of their employee, but i order it drive thru, and the house we went to was way pass grace hospital so we cannot go back to exchange it.. we are here in Canada not in the philippines, when a person or customer call you to complain or whatever dont make the customer feel small by asking for a picture to prove it cause it is very offensive, people here in Canada will not call you to prank you or curse your product, we are all busy here and work multiple jobs, and complaining for a $29 dollars product is so petty, at first my friend told me to just let it go, but i felt really mad with what the employee said, we even talked in tagalog, i am not a sensitive person but i really felt small, like im begging for them to change it....where as for me i just wanted them to improve their services...you told me you might give me some credit or free meals or stuff but the harm is done already. next time train your employee to deal with complaints, there are better words or gestures to make your customer at ease and feel respected. if someone from jollibee can reply to this letter please do so.
Overall really good! Easily the best chicken sandwich I've had in in a while and their spicy chicken actually has a nice amount of heat. The pineapple drink is also really good!
We went to get chicken but sold out,the guy said we have to wait 20 minutes. Instead we got the spaghetti, we bought 2 while waiting we saw that there's a Special Christmas promo a platter of spaghetti for $15 way more than we ordered.the guy did not offer this instead.I would understand if it's busy but it's not. You could have more sales if the staff is more attentive and caring.No Add-on ☹️ Spaghetti is not bad that's why I gave you 3 stars.Needs more improvement on service.
