I just went to the outlet mall to buy meal from Jimmy the greek. Where I paid 17$ and plus for the 13.45 or so meal because i ask the person to not put the sauces on it but to give me on the side. Anyways, I was hungry so i hd to buy. I ordered souvlaki chicken meal but I got other person’s order. That i noticed when i reached to my work place and i opened to eat. I don’t eat big piece of chicken so i had to throw it therefore I wasted my money. I called the store but no one picked the call. What is the solution?
This was the most disappointing falafel mea I’ve had the falafel was dry, the lettuce didn’t seem fresh and they didn’t have any sauce other a dairy filled option. Asked for olives on it and they said no.The girl that served me was rude when I first walked up to the counter.Rice was good the rest was disappointing.
Salmon was so overcooked it disintegrated in my mouth, so mushy and gross. Salad was stingy with the vegg and dressing. All in all a terrible experience.
I was waiting 10 mins for the calamari, by the time it was ready the rice was cold, on top of that bad attitude, unfriendly stuff, and no gloves, the lady was fixing the iPad and looking for something under the table and then she served my food ?I will never come back

Food was so-so, meat was too salty and dry. However, service was absolutely terrible and confusing. They messed up our order, asked what sauces we wanted but didn't wait for an answer.
I ordered the chicken souvlaki platter. I had asked for extra cucumber and tomato on my salad, and notified I would happily pay for the extra, and I got one extra slice of each. I asked again, and again, only one extra slice at a time. I then asked for no hot sauce, but lots of tzatziki, and I got a very small amount in the corner (when I had asked for extra).I thought maybe they just didn't understand what I was asking and let it slide. Food was alright. Then while eating, I pulled a large black hair out of my mouth (my hair is light blonde/ginger). And at that point I lost my appetite. I will not go back.
Loove chicken souvlaki - it's very tender and sauce makes everything. Also I liked spinach cheese pie, it's just something! I like it's rolled-in dough.
