This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I'm not even sure where to start!The server knew nothing of the menu as one of our party ordered the NY steak entre and they weren't offered the starter soup or salad. We had to ask when our food arrived and the server replied "oh, do you want it"? Excuse me? We're paying for it! We didn't even bother to complain that the steak was WAY overcooked.Drinks were only replenished when we asked after sitting with empty cups for a while. Pizza orders were messed up, resulting in one person from our party not eating with us (it was comped, which I appreciate).Now that we're home, 2 of us are sick from the excessive grease that was dripping off our orders. Finally, the prices are ridiculous for the portions and quality offered, especially if you compare to other similar restaurants. I could go on, but you get the gist of it. We'll never be back.
Very appealing decor, great food choices and specials, good selection of beverages. Staff was informative, patient and attentive. We will be back. Other people have spoken well of Jeffrey's and they said this was a very good place and they were correct!
Made a take out order, so I can only rate the food. Food was good, no complaints. I would order again, they did a good job on the wings. Staff was helpful.
The food is ok, not great, the server was nice, but the price is ridiculously high and watch what you order, I only got chicken fingers and i sub'ed yam fries for the onion rings or salad that i would have gotten with it and it was 5$ upcharge. The yam fries by themselves are 7$ on the menu. I wont ever be heading back!

We had the Tijuana wrap and greek pizza - both were tasty but the pizza was not hot. Another person in our group had pizza, and it was not hot either. Good service despite some mix ups with billing (we had a group of 10 or so). Very surprised that an exit door for the dining room (with panic bar) would not operate - it was definitly tampered with (a major safety violation!)
This bar and restaurant has changed my life. It has transformed me into a social butterfly. Staff has always been there for me to work me through my social anxiety. This place is truly one of a kind, calming and not to mention the tastiest food like their pizza. If you are in the area stop by to transition yourself into the Jeffery’s way of life! Which is awesome!
For a snowy March nite, the parking lot was full out front, mostly sitting in the bar watching hockey, leaving the dining area open to carry on a conversation of our meal, which was excellent. Had the steak sandwich done medium rare, done right first time! The wine list gave many choices, someone knows their clientele and listens to what they drink.See you again. Was a regular stop for a few years back in the late 70's when Royal Trust was next door, have to come back again.
I have enjoyed food from Jeffrey’s for years but had an extremely disappointing experience today. My friend suffers from severe celiac disease and indicated gluten allergy on his skip order but received a gluten order, which made him incredibly sick. He called the owner Mauro who said he didn’t have any notes (which are on the skip order) and hung up on him twice! What if you have a peanut allergy and die? Will that be skip’s fault? This type of note shows up in red text on the order and was missed through negligence. Only getting two stars because I love the food. But think twice if you have food sensitivity.
I have to say staff are fast and efficient… very pleasant. Food was great would go there again. ❤️
