The friendliness of the staff is only surpassed by the delicousness of the food in this attractive, modern, smaller restaurant. The flavouring of each dish is unique, delicious, and well adapted to our North American context while honouring the Korean and Japanese traditions. I'm not usually much of a sushi eater, but really enjoy many of their Sushi rolls, as well as their beef and chicken dishes. And their newly developed chicken wings burst with crispiness and a mysterious tangy sweetness. I highly recommend JC Sushi for a tasty, relaxed experience!

BEST sushi, the take out was good, but we made a point of sitting in the restaurant for lunch, very small, but even better being able to sit in and eat it super fresh!
Their lunch special is very good. For korean food, I like their seafood pancake!

Sushi is well priced and very good with many different rolls to choose from.
If things are not available in the menu, it should be removed from the menu or server should tell us when we are ordering. We were sitting as dine in, but we heard shouting inside the kitchen saying all these menus are not available. Servers are treated badly, shouted all the time by the owner. If the restaurant is busy with skip the dishes order and not wanting to receive any orders for dine in, what is the point of opening the restaurant as dine in? I am disappointed and really disappointed on how owner treat the server. At least treat them as a human being. I'm disappointed on how owner talk bad about customers in their own language. Literally shouting about us in their own language. we were glad that we spoke the same language and understood everything. Owner should change his mindset. Dine in customers come first than skip the dishes order.
Sushi taste was not good this time, last time was better. I ordered one party that came with lots of souce, no salmon, missoshiro almost without tofu. Probably the sushiman was not inspired today
Really good Japanese and Korean food options.We had beef and chicken teriyaki and it was delicious! Would highly recommend as their food is made to order and very good quality when making their sashimi or sushi.
