Their quality of food has drastically decreasedOrdered butter naan , they warmed it up from outsource not made in Tandoor , tandoori rotti was covered in dripping butter -grossOrdered karahi paneer it was more like watery shahi paneer super disappointed I used to order the same every once a month 1 year back had a huge crave for it , they ruined my waiting. Very dissatisfied with their quality of food . They don’t provide reciepts so you don’t know what your paying, seems like a tax evading schemes poor service, expensive for garbage taste of food .Compared to other restaurants in the area this restaurant lacks in every expect , they should improve on the quality , service over all customer satisfaction big time . It has become a low cost dhaba!
I ordered the Channa Platter from this restaurant and I have ordered other dishes in the past and they had been very delicious but this time the Channa curry was extremely salty, lacked the taste like before. Also the Bhatura were covered with paper napkins which remained sticky and were impossible to remove. This was a lunch that our whole family was extremely disappointed with. Please do not serve the same one for other customers ??
We thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the food we ordered at JAS. The flavour profile was complex and the portions generous. We both thought it was excellent tasting Indian food. The restaurant was very clean and the service prompt. We will eat there again.
This restaurant is absolutely best in service and food.Me and my husband visited this restaurant in afternoon today for lunch and We ordered chicken biryani and goat. Food quality is best and The great thing is we visited this restaurant for first time so we don’t know much about the menu but their customer service is on the peak because the girl who served us is very professional and have a very good knowledge of food as well as recommendation of food accordingly your taste and this thing is very impressive. Thats the reason we surely visit again .

If you think about dine in, don’t ever go to this restaurant for dine in. The service is below the belt. The server did not greet and looks like she is very upset to provide service to us. She took our order and without asking she brought 2 bottles of water which we haven’t ordered. She did not check on us how are we doing or if we are enjoying or not? We have to call every time we need anything. When it came to the payment, i ask for the bill to see how did the amount came up to this high. They refused to provide the receipt. And said we do not provide the bill to customers and we only provide the customer copy for payment. How would i know what exactly you are charging me for. 1 star only for food.
I went there, the food was good and the customer services are amazing. The girl named nazuk provides great customer service. She is polite and nice. I highly recommend to visit there and enjoy the food and services.
The food is AMAZING! Service is prompt and super friendly! A delicious meal with incredible dessets! Going back feels like coming home... always welcomed with a smile.
I visit their 2 days before with my friends and the food was very yummy and delicious, I like the service of staff, but yeah one of the girl whose name I remembered naz , she showed a perfect hospitality and really I like her way of communication. I really recommend everyone to visit their once and have services?
The food and service both deserve 5 stars . Staff is very friendly. The girl in the front named naaz she is the best in customer service I think. Surely visit again!!
