Door Dash order - I ordered the veggie burger (light life) and it was awesome. Very fresh and I got the pickle spears (you get five) as well that were actually pretty decent for a fast food restuarant (they come with ranch). I am lazy and wanted something quick sent to my office and I will definitely order it again.
I just ordered off skip the dishes. I asked for garlic mayo and they gave me Chipotle! I have an allergy to the jalapenos in it, so I couldn't even eat my burgers! Oh, and I've tried calling twice, they never pick up!
So many issues with this restaurant. I ordered a crispy chicken burger with bacon and cheese with a poutine and some mini donuts through Skip the Dishes. I got a chicken wrap I didn't ask for, my poutine was nowhere to be seen and they forgot to put the cinnamon and sugar on the mini donuts. I wish I could say this kind of thing was rare, but sadly this restaurant screws up so much that I simply can't waste my time and money with them anymore. Congratulations, you're officially worse at getting orders right than McDonald's.
Ok so the people at this Harvey's are top notch individuals. Thank you very much for making my family's new years eve burger feast the best. The person who took my order notified me while we were waiting that the one drink might be tasteless as it had just been changed after our order, and happily offered us a replacement drink without any inquiry by us. Needless to say we had one very happy camper who thoroughly enjoyed her first Harvey's burger made just how she likes it.Thank you, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
