Very very slow. Put order in order 30 minutes before but when I pick it I still wait for another 15 minutes for my orders to get done. Nor friendly staff either.Ordered the taro and black sesame bubble waffle but it doesn't taste like one, so bland.
Today, one customer who was in front of me, finished order and moved to the pickup area. However, he decided to order more and cut me in the line and started ordering. The worker didn't say anything to him and I wasn't impressed by it at all.As the price range of this place, I expect better service and product.
Incredibly fast service and the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Ordered the hot pearl milk tea with 50% sugar (most basic option with pearls). The sauce was creamy and sweet… 50% is the perfect amount! Pearls were the softest, gummiest ever! Much better than even Chatime, my usual go to. Will definitely be returning to try the wide variety of beverages offered here. Also appreciated the extra large size for sharing. It’s comically large, lol. Rewards program could be better as it’s just a stamp card system and you need to buy ten drinks for a free one.Overall, Happy Lemon is a sweet treat! Best bubble tea I’ve found in the city!

The manager there was dreadful. She yelled at her coworkers in a different language (I’m guessing some sort of Chinese language) and the staff looked extremely stressed. She was yelling at them so loudly you could hear it from outside. The poor workers messed up my order and got the drink all over the sides of the cup so it was extremely sticky. There were many people inside too. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a shop before. No one deserves to be treated so poorly, even if you had messed up. I’ll be telling my friends not to go there either. The drinks were ok anyways. Go to Coco for some actual good drinks and nice people
Very tasty Taro Milk Tea, they offer a variety of sizes for any occasion or need. Currently there is a very good BOGO deal going on for March as well which is great, they even have some bubble waffles in that deal which I loved. Highly recommend the Taro and Oreo Bubble Waffle. Would have taken a photo but I was munching and drinking at my work desk.

I live near by and let me tell you, I’m OBSESSED.All staff have been nothing but amazing to me, but this weekend, Sunny went out of her way to recommend something new to me. I usually just get the regular boba milk tea with lychee jelly but her and her co-worker let me have a little taster of the salted cheese (always was curious/weirded out by it) and I loved it!I got the strawberry green tea with salted cheese. I loved it so much I went back today to get the same thing but with blueberry tea.I recommend this place to everyone and actually got a few of my friends addicted to it as well.Thanks happy lemon ??
