Excellent service.There were 30 of us visiting today around lunch time from work and although they were not equipped to handle the crowd (only 2 servers at the time) they really pushed themselves to serve us with smiles and service everyone on time AND with proper quality. We could tell one of the servers was a trainee and she really out did herself with her work ethic. Even if they would have messed up the drinks (they didn't) I would still give them kudos for effort ??
I’ve been to Gongcha once and got my favourite, taro milk tea. The flavour was good and authentic, but the texture was gritty. I liked the taste but couldn’t finish it because of my own feelings about the texture. I hope to go back and try something different that I like more and give it a higher rating! Staff were good at their job, no complaints there.
ehhh the drink i got tasted pretty bad (strawberry smoothie). however, my cousin loves the milk tea here, so that might be a better option, if you’re thinking of getting anything here.
Finally visited Gongcha in Winnipeg Osborne. The drinks were so delicious! I got a Pearl Milk Tea, Black Tea w/ cream, Coffee Milk Tea and Match Milk Tea. The creme brûlée on Black Tea was so luscious, great to dip the pudding into and pairs so well with the black tea. The Coffee Milk Tea is so tasty too, great coffee flavor with authentic milk tea. Friendly personnel BEATA was super patient and she even explained how to drink it. Consistently great drinks. Recommended this place and will be back. Worth a try!
Absolutely amazing bubble teas, smoothies, and milk teas here. This is my go to bubble tea spot for the time being. I tried the mango and strawberry before and I would say go with the strawberry smoothie with tapioca balls if you want a delicious treat.Price is incredible for the quality you get, and staff are amazing here too.
Excellent service and they were love to communicate with me while I’m waiting aside. Wanna say hi to them everyday:)

Love, love, LOVE this place. My husband and I live near by and always order from here. They have a great selection and the staff are so friendly.Very fair prices and lots of add-ons to choose from.I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area. (They also do UberEats)

Great service. Yummy beverage. Exactly what I asked for. Easy to limit amount of ice and sweetness. They even prompt you (vs some places that make you feel like it's a chore). Highly recommend. PS. it's on the 2nd floor!
