Went to Freshi on Taylor today. No consistency among stores. Smallest portion of chicken. Will not go to this location again.
I had the worst veggie burrito ever. I would never go to this location again. The stuff they put in the burrito is like they are running out from food. I would never suggest this location to anyone. And I had to wait for a long time just to get the tasteless food.

Hardest working people you will come across. Although can be very busy during lunch hours, still relatively fast for good tasting food. Come here multiple times a week for awhile now, and I have no complaints for this establishment!
They serve the meat portion partially frozen after 20 seconds in the steamer and call it cooked when it's frozen in the center. After 3 attempts during the same visit, it was resolved. I was told that "corporate says we're not allowed to cook chicken".Next time I'll just get a refund.

The one girl who works weekdays never prepares anything on time as per the pick up times - she only starts making your food when you arrive at a snail’s pace. Normally I would not complain but the day time service here is consistently horrible. Visit Chosabi a few doors down or go to a different freshii. I would love to further discuss my experience if the franchise owner would like to contact me.
I often went to this Freshii twice a week. The Asian girl who works there weekday always makes order fast. And she’s also friendly. She has the best service attitude I've ever seen. Nice service and food!!!

Can't find more healthier food than Freshii. Usually it's pretty quite in the shop but sometimes they are busy so expect it to wait.
