The food and service were good but watching the ONE staff member take care of 6 customers while trying to prepare all the orders made me sad amd causes unnecessary delays. Clearly the owner is trying to save money by having only one staff on, but it’s saturday. This is unacceptable and giving fresh a bad name
Good food and usually good service but the woman working the closing shift on Sept 10th was very rude, barely filled our bowls and didnt give us cutlery

I had an amazing experience today, I'd thank Karan, she was patient and helped me to pick the right ingredients that I was looking for, it was a tasty mix of,Field greens base+quinoa base+broccoli+cucumber+black beans+corn+mushrooms+avocado+romaine base+olive oil+goat cheese+ chicken+spinach base+ and ranch.

I usually go there and eat bowl, 3-4 times in a week, its sad when they charge me for extra sauce. Already paying good amount for the good stuff. A little bit of extra sauce for $0.50 cents wont harm u. Not me either. But its courtesy thing

Got great customer service. Sadly, my favourite smoothie, banana nut crunch got discontinued, but the guy working here made me one because they still had the ingredients. I used to get bunch of fresh veges too, but the quality of veges in my cobb salad today was not great.
