I’ve been to this location of freshii a handful of times at this point and in the beginning their smoothies and their chicken and cheese quesadillas were pretty good and the service was fast. But recently (I’d say in the past month or so) the service and the quality of the food has gone down significantly. I have been waiting at the counter waiting to order for at least 10 minutes while all the employees are walking around talking to each other and I am the only customer in the store. The employees then finally come up to me and by their tone of voice they just want to get me out the door as soon as possible. And it takes forever to get my order (which is a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a peanut butter and chocolate smoothie) at least another 5-10 minutes and when I do get it the smoothie is not blended well whatever I always have HUGE chunks of ice in my drink and I can see chunks of all the other ingredients. And my quesadilla is ice cold with the cheese most of the time not even being melted and you can see all the strains of cheese as soon as you bite in. Most of the employees do not seem to care at all. Except there was one younger woman that served me once who did a very good job, she was a bit shorter white woman who my guess is she was in university. I enjoy your products when they are made right and I don’t have to wait 20 minutes for my order to be completed but recently that has not been the case
Ordered Pangoa Bowl. Added carrots and crispy chickpeas with dressing on the side. Got home.. no carrots, no chickpeas and dressing was not on the side! I called to let them know, they offered me free protein next time I’m in…. Not impressed!
Happy for healthier options. Their dressing is not healthy so be careful. Not as delicious without dressing
Ordered a chicken salad, paid for it, went to the bathroom while it was being made. Came back and picked up my food. I didn't see the chicken and asked if it was there. The girl at the counter said yes. So i left, only to find out that there was no chicken.I called them from my next destination and all they want to offer me was a "free protein" next time. Honestly that was insulting as that is what i paid for! They could at least comp me a meal next time for having to go back again.Do not go to this Freshii

It’s alright. A little bit pricey for the quantity you receive but the taste is good for the most part!
I often went to this Freshii twice a week. The Workers of this freshii are very polite and extrovert who always makes order fast. And they has the best service attitude I've ever seen. Nice service and food!!!
So far all my different orders have been excellent.
My family orders food here from this very location almost once a week! Last week my Smokehouse burrito was tightly packed and all of the ingredients were well secured in there. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this burrito. My wife is always happy with her Umamii salad bowl and my two year old even enjoys her little Kung Fu bowl. This is by far the HEALTHIEST "fast" type of food you can get with the BEST ingredients to choose from. We love to order from here and make a point to order the food once a week. We love you Freshii! Keep killin' it.
