The Cobb salad with chicken was both bland and expensive. I'll not return.
Staff has changed and so has the service. They made my order incorrect twice in one week, which was preordered. The manger was apologetic over the issue but the service is still the same.
The food is great, and the staff is friendly but I almost never get my order quickly because they always seem to be short staffed or bombarded with skip the dishes drivers. They need to hire more people or have more people working at a time because lunch time customers don’t always have a ton of time to wait for lunch.
I had an issue with a previous order and the manager promptly reached out to me to rectify the situation. It's a really busy location and given the current supply chain issues, they're doing a great job at making sure their customers are satisfied with their orders. I'd recommend this location to anyone working in the area.
Not fresh. I had a Cobb salad and the vegetables tasted like rot. Not acceptable.
Real good soft tacos. Try the chipotle pulled chicken, great taste!
Hours indicate they open at 7am. Came here after my AM cardio at 8am, hoping to grab a quick morning snack. No one at the till. I see a staff worker behind the doors to their kitchen. Filled out a sheet within their vision and then went to the till. Stood there for a few minutes, no one came. Stood at the end of counter where I could be seen. Still no one came. Tried calling out to them. Nothing. Don't say you're business is open if you're not ready to serve customers.
First time to Freshii Winnipeg Square in a year. Bowls changed - deeper, but more narrow. Ordered a cobb salad, barely any dressing, you get half a bowl compared to a full bowl last year, chicken 50% of what it should have been, and NO avacado.I can say I am disgusted at the portions, and how they rip you off. Have been there dozens of times in the past and never disappointed , but they are cutting costs it appears.- WILL NOT BE BACK

Food was ok. Waited 24 minutes for a salad bowl and the order was incorrect. They make you pay for added protein and somehow forget to include it. Didn't even offer a refund or new bowl.
