I was very excited to come to the store to have my meal. I entered and it smells bad! Then I asked to use the washroom and I wished if I did not, it was disgusting not clean. After that I was waiting for my order to have it in the store. The guy gave it to me in a dirty plate, has food around and then I told him this is not clean and he did. I came to sit to have my food and table was not clean at all, it has left over food! It was very bad experience for me! Finally I put my plate on the catering table and it has plates there looks like they have been there for at least 2 hours! Preparing area is just a miss! And I felt like this is the worst thing in my day today. For sure, I won’t make it to here next time!

Never give any tips when making your payment. Today I was just told by a Asian looking girl that they never get tips which all goes to the greedy owner’s pocket. What the hell is that? How can staff be treated like this? Btw the chicken portion is really small for an adult. Probably just enough for a kid.
Went here during a hectic day from work for my break. Chicken was cold, two small tomatoes were included, rice was hard... I didn’t have time to come back but called to complain. Does no resturant care about customer service these days??
Told it would take 10 minutes and it took 20 minutes. People who ordered after me received theirs before me. Lettuce on cobb was rusty. Very little dressing. Won’t be back.
Ordered a vegan soup with tofu. It had chunks of bacon fat and meat in it. Really disappointed and grossed out. When we brought it back and asked if they put the chicken broth or vegetable they couldn't answer the question.
