My oaxaca burrito came with no meat because you apprently have to pay extra for that
We placed an order from this location. Received an order completely not what we requested. With a sauce we stated we had an allergy too! Called the store and was told they would remake one for us and replace the bites with a different flavour. Drove the 20 min drive to get the order, drove back for it to be missing ingredients. Supervisor initially blamed a trainee who made the order for the error, but then supervisor made the remake and made it wrong. Staff need major training. If they don’t know what goes in your menu items you need to provide them more menu training and maybe cheat cards. They also need to learn how to handle an allergy as they could have killed someone today. Very unimpressed. Won’t order again after this waste of money and time.
The smoothies here are the BEST I have ever had! I can't wait to try other things on the menu.
I had gotten a skip order, Tex max bowl, after three bites I felt like I would puke. The tomato’s were rotten, and turning brown, the avocado was soaked in lime so it wouldn’t turn brown but it was so sour like I was eating a lime. The beans were over cooked. Along with the onion chunks brown It was overall just unsatisfactory and a waste of money. The onion in them were so big , same with the tomato’s. I normally order from the freshii near polo park so I know what this is supposed to taste like. Don’t go to this location, order from the one near polo park.
Please save yourself the pain and drive 5 minutes to another location. This one is absolute trash and the employees are even worse. I had ordered on the app for THIS LOCATION. I show up to the location...she says oh no I didnt get the order sorry go to another location. I drive 10 minutes to the other location SHE told me to go to. Show up there, I show them my order and they say that the first place I'd been (this location) was the correct one. They told me to go back because they weren't allowed to neglect my order. Already annoyed at this point, I drive another 10 minutes back to this location. Go in, same rude employee, tell her that is the right location and that I was told she can't neglect my order. Continues to tell me that she can make it....but I'll have to pay again. Like what the heck. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time and left without any food....even though I had paid for it. Someone needs to either re train this girl or boot her out the door. Come on now Freshii! Your food is great, so don't let trashy employees who don't treat customers like humans give you a bad reputation.
Freshii isn't what it used to be... franchise owners are cheaping out, standards have fallen drastically. Very sad food was old not fresh at all

I ordered a two person taco combo with my partner and we paid over 30 dollars which was fine, but we each got 10 really really old chips! (They are chewy and stick in the back of your teeth). They missed the queso which we paid extra for.. not going to order from this location
