We visited this place total 4 times in last week as freshi is our best energy boosting food place. I ordered Buddha Satay bowl and they gave me thin noodles without telling me. I don’t make complaints but I didn’t like it as this thin noodles were everywhere. When I ask server about this she got confused and looking for regular rice noodle. Meanwhile other girl( seems like manager or supervisor) ask server about issue and ignored me and walk away. In the end, server found regular noodles but didn’t apologize for giving me wrong food.
I was carrying two meals boxes and The smoothie fell down at the store from the drink carrier in front of the cashier and I paid it again . The smoothies was on top without any bags. I was very upset do not change it for free cause the most ethical thing that all stores do. I am regular customer who pay over $70 every time. I will never go back to this store again.
This place is filled with disrespectful employees. I went in and had a big inconvenience over something that could’ve been made simple. I got sworn at, the employee had attitude and I was left very unimpressed. don’t eat here.
Their debit machine is forcing you to tip, doesn't give you an option not to. Not stopping at this location anymore!
Update**** freshii Regent called me asking me to take down my review and proceeded to laugh. I have taken this to corporate.If I could leave 0 stars I would. There is a giant bug in the Mediterranean bowl. I called there and all they said was call skip and they would give me a full refund.
Awful experience - this was in one of the bowls we ordered. Disgusting and unsanitary. When we called with this issue and health concerns, we were laughed at by staff with barely any apology, and asked to take our google review down.

1 Star for the food, not the staff or restaurant itself, they are always quick, helpful and courteous. Big but, though, I haven't eaten at a Freshii in a while, they used to be my go-to for quick, gluten-free and relatively healthy meals. Ordered a salad and a bowl today to get me through a big move. The salad was delicious but is leaving me with severe indigestion. I ordered chicken on the Bamboo Bowl, and I don't know what this is, but it's not chicken. It's maybe, at best, a chicken paste formed into chicken breast shape. It's one of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten, and I am very unhappy about how much I paid to pick this disgusting crumbly paste off my dinner. It feels like the quality of Freshii's prepared food products have really suffered. I definitely won't be back.
